NOVITÀ PER IL PROGRAMMA - Questa deliziosa e accogliente casa ha tutto il necessario per una meravigliosa vacanza alle isole Orcas, il tutto in un'affascinante comunità di isole antiche. Offre tre comode camere da letto, la principale con un letto matrimoniale e la seconda e la terza camera da letto ciascuna con letti matrimoniali. Ogni camera ha ampi armadi per quei soggiorni più lunghi e il master ha un eccellente bagno privato con vasca e doccia combinate. C'è anche un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Questa casa mostra la sua eccellente cura da parte dei proprietari che la possiedono da tempo. Questo è il loro orgoglio e la gioia per le proprie vacanze e ora sono disposti a condividerlo con te.

La cucina ha tutto il necessario per qualsiasi livello di cottura tu possa scegliere di creare. Un tavolo da pranzo per sei persone gode di un'eccellente vista sul ponte esterno fino alle acque dello Stretto di Rosario. Durante la stagione estiva è inoltre possibile cenare all'aperto con posti a sedere per quattro. Il nuovissimo barbecue a propano Weber a 3 fuochi rende la cottura all'aperto un vero piacere. Il ponte ha un eccellente isolamento dalle case vicine ed è un posto meraviglioso per rilassarsi e godersi la vista meravigliosa.

Beautiful location

House was in a gorgeous (if remote compared to the amenities on the island) location. Other reviewers remarked that the interior is a bit dated - it is, but the property was clean and well-maintained. We found the external lockbox (with the key) difficult to open, but otherwise no complaints.

Super clean!

This home had everything necessary. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the whole house. Better than some hotels! The towels were super soft, the toiletries provided were of high end brand (Gilchrist and Soames), and the extra blankets were nice to have. The view was beautiful and there was a cute little beach one could walk to. We were able to cook and grill - the kitchen was well-supplied. I think the smaller pan could be replaced, but other than that I don't have any recommendations. Check in and check out were super easy. Would stay here again, and would definitely recommend this place to others.

A Bald Eagle!

It was amazing. rooms were awesome, everything was awesome. And I got to see my first American bald eagle. So I was stoked with my stay. Also the view was unbelievable

Wow...

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was a special trip with my dad and his 5 daughters. The view was amazing with spectacular sunrises. We searched for agates at the beach within walking distance. The house is remote in a cluster of homes on the far side of the island. Even though it took a little time to get anywhere, we still had time to see all of the sights we had on our agenda. The home was clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen had most everything we needed. They even provided a spice pack that included all of the basics you would need for everyday cooking. Thank you for the memories I will cherish always!

Nice but Needs updating!

Although everything was clean and well stocked, the entire home needs updating except the TV and beds. The carpet was nasty. Had to escort 2 large spiders out the back door.

Firstly the upland and location were beautiful. Older property but really well maintained, kudos to the cleaning staff. Could comfortably have 8 people. Communication was clear. Great experience.

Lovely location, dated home

The location is fab if you like to be remote and don't mind driving into town. (We love being remote and we don't mind driving.) There is a little beach for the neighborhood you can go down to. We even saw a baby seal there, and enjoyed walking along the cost line. For a remote, beautiful location, I give this a 10/10. There is a nice, large, covered deck also. The house was clean, and it has all the main things. The beds were fine. However, this is a very very dated home. It smells a little moldy, the carpet is very old and even wrinkled (you can see this in the photos - but it was even more so when in person). The kitchen has really cheap dishes/etc, the DVD player didn't work, etc. The chairs on the deck are cheap plastic, etc. It seems like the home has been neglected for a while - but the management company has done a good job keeping it clean. It would easily accommodate six people. And Orcas island is AMAZING!

Beautiful spot

We came back for a second time! The location is charming with a beautiful view. We drove to hikes during the day and enjoyed walks down to the beach in the evenings.

Great comfortable place for friends to gather

The house was extremely clean, comfortable, roomy and terrific for a bunch of friends (in our case 3 couples). It's on the remote side of the island but getting to Eastsound was only about 20 minutes and we went to both hike and hang out - it was perfect for both. It rained the entire time we stayed in November, as expected, so did not get to enjoy the large deck much. In summer, it would be idyllic. Everything we needed was there. Lovely spot with a great Puget Sound view.

Beautiful Sunrise Location

This was an amazing stay. I booked this as a family girls trip, all of whom hadn’t seen each other in years. It was cozy and cute. Beautiful Bay view off the deck. We spent alot of time on the porch for dinners and games. We were under the impression that the deck was more isolated from neighbors, however we got a noise complaint? We didn’t have music playing loud, just lots of laughing and spent lots of time on the porch. I wouldn’t recommend playing games or spending too much time out there. We are early risers as well, and watched the sunrise with our coffee on the picnic table. It’s so stunning, but again be sure to stay quiet as to not upset the neighbors. Other than that, it was clean and beautiful and our family had an amazing time. Highly recommend if you keep the noise to a minimum while outside, even before 8pm.

Enjoyed our visit

My wife and I stayed here for an anniversary get away. The home is comfortable and clean with all the amenities in the description. The view is great and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Loved the towels and linens, very high quality. Our only negative is the location being on the far end of the island and we had to drive a lot to get to town and activities. Recommend it highly for families.

Wonderful property

This is a beautiful, cozy cabin with a stunning view. If anything, the photos undersell the view of the water and mountains. There is also access to a beach. The cabin was very well laid out for our group of 6 - grandparents, adults, and kids each had their own room. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking at the house.

Ultimate Peace and Quiet

We were overwhelmed with the tranquility of this setting. Literally at the end of the road...no cars, no noise, nobody but us. We had family staying in other locations for our reunion, but we all agreed we just wanted to hang out in this house and soak up the silence and view. Would love to come in the winter and sit on the large covered deck in the rain, just being. The house has everything to help you enjoy your stay. Would love to return!

Cozy stay on Orcas!

Would stay again

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately we were here during the smoke from fires so we couldn't see the view. It was a bit out of the way, requiring more drivers for our short time there, but could be perfect if you wanted to lay low. We couldn't figure out how to work the master bath shower, called the management company, ended up resorting to YouTube...2 educated adults and a teenager couldn't figure it out. Management company never returned our call. Lots of dishes. Loved the spice caddy and the toiletries!

August vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice vacation in August on Orcas Island. The house was very comfortable, especially the beds. We were disappointed in the kitchen as there were very limited cooking tools. LOTS of pots and pans, but would have appreciated more mixing bowls and serving bowls. Coffee pot was broken. Dining table was difficult to maneuver around with a family with small children. Heavy chairs. House decor could be updated very easily and inexpensively. It was very outdated. It really would have been nice to vacation in a cute house but this was a little horrid.

We slept very well and really enjoyed a short walk down the hill to the beach. Eating out on the deck while deer walked by was incredible! The bathroom fans were extremely loud and one banged in the wind when it was off. I filled out a form the management provided for issues. Not sure if those have been fixed.
