This ground-floor oceanfront condo is a slice of heaven. Step out your back door to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. About 50 minutes away from Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. 10 minutes away from Port Canaveral and all the major cruise lines. Home of Kennedy Space Center see and FEEL the rocket launches from your balcony.

Family-friendly beach, no cars allowed, active sea turtle nesting area. Lots of sand to bury Dad and lots of quiet for Mom to take a break and relax. Take a jog in the morning and a romantic stroll at sunset. Plenty of fishing right from shore or take a deep-sea fishing excursion from the Port. Step out of the ocean into the heated pool with chaise lounges for sunning, deck chairs for resting, and tables for just hanging out.

Great unit

Perfect location!

My friend and I stayed for a long weekend and it was amazing! The condo is right on a quieter stretch of beach and had everything you could possibly need for the ultimate beach day (chairs, towels, tent, etc). The condo was pristinely clean, very quiet, and the communication with the renter was quick and informative. Highly recommended!

Excellent Beachfront Condo

Beach (right outside your door) heated pool, rocket launches, and restaurants within a short walk. This condo is perfect for a laid back beach break. We love it!

Lovely condo!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with many needed household items which was very convenient. Beautiful view of a gorgeous beach. Rex the owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Cocoa Beach

We recently stayed for a week in this condo and had a great stay. We have two small children so the set up in the condo was great for us. We liked being on the ground floor as it was really nice being able to walk out the door and right to the pathway to the beach and pool. We didn’t actually use the pool but it looked nice. The beach is great and that’s where we spent most of our time. The condo is also in walking distance to some good restaurants and not far at all from grocery stores, the main area in Cocoa Beach, etc.The host was also very helpful and very fast in responding.

Overall great place. Located pretty much in the heart of cocoa beach, you can walk just about anywhere. kind of a pain to pull in to but its right next to the ocean!

Great spot for a relaxing time

We really enjoyed being ground-level oceanfront. We could hear the sounds of the waves crashing, day and night (which we really liked!) The room is so close to the beach, that you can easily run back to the room for anything you need. Walking the beach (or sidewalk along A1A if you prefer) for less than a mile (.7mi) you have access to restaurants/bars and live music! We asked our Uber driver to stop at a Publix on the way from the airport to the condo, and only needed a ride once. We went to Port Canaveral for a gambling cruise, followed by a Space-X rocket launch watch at Fishlips! This was a great time of year for a visit, and the weather was perfect.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We love Rex's condo! Super clean, great space for a family to hang out and everything you need in the kitchen, baths and bedrooms. Less than five minute walk to the beach and a great pool for a relaxing swim in the later afternoon. Walkable to many restaurants and stores. Rex is very easy to communicate with and sends all the updates for rocket launches (perfect location to see them from the patios and beach). We hope to be back for our family's vacations for years to come!

A work friend and I grabbed a few days at the beach before a conference in Orlando. Rex was great and very easy to work with leading up to and during our stay. We appreciated rhe info on the launch at nearby Cape Canaveral. We were able to catch the launch from the beach. Everything we needed for the beach, was provided. If you have a family with small kids, this is a unit for you. The unit has 2-pack and plays, toys for the kids, umbrellas, tents, chairs and baby/toddler pool float And board games for downtime. The place was clean and we felt very safe. There are plenty of places to grab a meal out or grab ingredients to cook at home, all within walking distance. I highly recommend this unit.

Cocoa Beach Condo - "Loved it"

The condo was everything we hoped for and we are looking forward to returning. Condo is clean with very nice furniture and everything you need. The location sets this condo apart, loved having the 1st floor on the beach and having access to the garage was a "huge" benefit. Spanish Main is a fantastic condo resort on.a great beach. I recommend this condo and resort.

Relaxing getaway

My family and I had a great time at this condo. All you need for a day at the beach is provided. Nearby restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Condo was stocked with supplies if you wanted to cook at home as well. Rex was easy to get in touch with and made check in/check out seamless. We hope to visit again soon!

We loved our stay at this condo! It was a spontaneous and short trip to see the Heavy Falcon launch. We were so pleased with everything at the condo from the cleanliness, the comfort, the oceanfront view and easy access to the beach, the pool, to the beach chairs, toys, etc. provided. Easy to unwind

No worries about wasting time walking from vehicle to condo to pool to ocean to restaurants to nail salon. It’s all super close. This is our first time on a ground level. I thought there’d be too much foot traffic outside the windows and not enough ocean view. That was NOT the case with this unit. We actually preferred being away from the pool activity. Would definitely recommend. And the seating inside and out was super comfortable.

We love this VRBO so much that we went twice!

I stayed at Rex's VRBO with friends in July of 2023. It was my first time staying at a VRBO so I didn't know what to expect. The place was clean and in amazing shape. I live about an hour away, so my car was packed with everything I thought we'd need. I came expecting it to be more like a hotel room. A couple mini bottles of shampoo, soap, and some towels. I was impressed by how much was already there for us to use. It was like walking into my own home. Everything needed to cook and eat besides the food itself, beach toys and games for the kids, umbrellas, chairs, and a canopy for the beach. We love the location. It's only a couple hundred feet from the beach, but if you wanted to sit out and enjoy the ocean, you didn't even have to leave the porch. What you see in Rex's pictures are not exaggerated, outdated, or deceptive. What you see is what you get. Communication with Rex was easy. Rex responded quickly to any questions I had through the VRBO app, or the phone number that was left with info about the condo. My parents came to visit in June of 2024. Rather than just a day at the beach, I took them back to this VRBO. My wife, mom, and dad kept looking around saying how impressed they were by how much was included and how nice everything was. That they understood why I wanted to go back. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach. When we decide to go back, Rex's VRBO will be the first place I'll look for again. We loved it THAT MUCH! THANK YOU REX!

Spectacular location!

You just cannot get a better condo on the beach. You walk right out your back patio and straight to the beach. We didn’t even really need to pack much other than water and sunscreen because it was just a short walk away if we needed anything. Beds and furniture were comfortable and it was all in all a great place. Would definitely return.

Fantastic Location, beautiful condo!

We had an excellent stay at Rex’s place! Just steps from the ocean and the pool and being ground level made this place so easy, especially with a small child. We really appreciated all the beach toys that were provided, and the condo was in great shape! This place is in walking distance to many restaurants, a convenience store and a liquor store so we hardly had to drive at all! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, so we made some meals at home and walked to the rest. We would absolutely return! Thank you so much, Rex!

Cocoa Beach Condo

The property was just as advertised. Clean, spacious, & great view of the ocean. Rex - you and your family did a wonderful job in preparing and maintaining the property. I was impressed in particular with how well the cleaning supplies were organized - both under the sink and above the washer/dryer. Just to let you know - I couldn't figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan in the bedroom. But the air conditioner worked very well. Thanks again for a wonderful stay - much appreciated! Clean & Comfortable Cocoa Beach Condo

Great Value

Well-stocked, clean, and comfortable unit that is beachfront with an easy access walkway across the sand dunes. It’s an older property that Rex has modernized with a new kitchen and appliances. Check-in process was flawless and access to the garage was a definite plus. Location in Cocoa Beach is very central with many restaurants, coffee shops close by.

We enjoyed a few nights at this awesome, ocean front condo! Truly a few steps from the beach & pool, this first floor condo is great!! Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of soaps, cleaning supplies, a washer-dryer, and more chairs, beach supplies, etc than you’ll ever need!
