Location
The villa is on the heights of the Pointe du Bout of theTrois Ilets in southern Caribbean Martinique. Accessible within few minutes by car, the Pointe du Bout is one of the most lively place of Martinique (hotels, restaurants, bars, nightclub, casino...) but the villa itself is in quiet residential area.
The nearest beach is Anse Mitan at about 900m away.
The villa
With a total surface area of 90m² (+ terrace), the villa has 4 rooms:
On the main level:
-2 air-conditioned bedrooms with Queen size double beds
-1 bathroom with WC
-1 separate WC
-1 well-equipped open kitchen,
-A large living room opening onto the terrace with flat screen and large sofa
In front of the living room, you will appreciate the large partially shaded terrace which faces the secure swimming pool, lined with sunbeds and which enjoys a view of the sea.
At the upper level:
-1 very large air-conditioned room furnished with a Queen size double bed and a third single bed
-1 shower room
