A treat to have the Pacific Ocean out the front door

The small house was perfectly comfortable for our family of 4. It was an absolute treat to wake up to the ocean out the front window and be able to walk across the street and be on the beach in moments. We did both the Cape Flattery and Shi Shi beach hikes which are very nearby and both beautiful. We would certainly come back and recommend Marsha's place. Also, she was very easy to work with and quick to communicate.

King Tide and Storm Watcing

I am a several times guest here and enjoy it as a base for nearby trails and beaches. Don't skip the Makah Museum. Clean, snug, quiet and well equipped. I'll be back.

Wonderful stay

This place was so nice and comfortable with all that we needed for 4 days. The location can't be beat for beaches and outdoor activities. Communication was fantastic and highly recommend this house for anyone visiting. We will definitely be back.

Ocean front dream

The house had the best ocean front view and access. The beach was quiet and the whole family had the best time walking and playing on the beach. The sunsets were amazing! The house had every we needed and was very cozy and clean. Would definitely like to come stay here again.

Great Home Base

This was a great place to stay to enjoy the area and the beach across the road was wonderful. At times we were the only people on the entire beach! It was a quick drive to Cape Flattery where we saw two gray whales while we were standing at the point. Next time, I would like to drive on up the road to hike in to Shi Shi beach.

Favorite place on earth

Beautiful seaside cottage

We loved our stay at Maggie’s place near the Shi Shi Teail. We were amazed by the view. The beach across from the house is a lovely place ro take a walk. The house is comfortable and well equipped. The host was very helpful. We hope to return here

Our stay here was the highlight of our trip to Olympic National Park. The location is great and the beach across the street is both quiet and beautiful. The house was immaculate and had all the basics needed to cook meals and be comfortable. Check in and check out was easy and Marsha was great to work with. Highly recommend.

Just what we needed

Ocean views, nice stroll on the beach, comfy accommodations, what more could we ask for? All we can say is it was PERFECT. Away from the hustle and bustle, where time slowed down during our stay. Seeing orcas and the sunset as we drew a close to a fun filled stay.

Little piece of heaven

Cute little manufactured home just about as close as you can get to the beach and cape flattery. We had an amazing stay toured all over the peninsula was really cool satuing up in native lands very neat experience. Very reasonable price for the location

Beautiful Ocean View From Living Room Window

The host was very helpful and communication was excellent. Kitchen was stocked well. I would definitely rent from this location again if we're ever in the area.

Quiet place on the beach

We loved our time here. Wonderful location to explore a quiet beach and the tide pools when the tide is low. Access to town was easy. Full grocery store in town, it closes at 7pm, however, so be aware. We stayed at the end of March, so am unsure if these are seasonal hours or not. We really enjoyed learning about the Makah Indians and the culture of the tribe. We hiked to Cape Flattery and Shi Shi Beach on the same day, so great location to be able to access those. We then hiked the Ozette Triangle, only a one hour drive to the trail head. Thank you for making this place available. Exactly what we were looking for!

Beautiful Property-Location can't be beat!

Similar to other reviews the description is pretty accurate. The location and view are phenomenal. I took many walks up and down the beach and was able to check out the tide pools when I saw the tide was low. It's a magical place. The house had everything you need to cook your own meals, which I would remember the next time I stay because there are limited selections of restaurants in the area that close early or may be closed through winter (Google does not have updates on this). If you stay here definitely check out Cape Flattery and go to Native Grounds for excellent Espresso and breakfast!
