Spring Break 2025

The condo is as shown except the balcony a little small. Beds were comfortable & the double vanity was nice. A rug as you walk in the front door would be helpful in keeping the sand out. I would stay here again & recommend to others also.

Condo was great but road work disappointing, last stayed at Tidewater 3 yrs ago when work on road was just starting, thought it would be done by now, guess not, it was a pain

Elevator nightmare

Elevators very slow as half were not working half of the facility had power outage in halls and staircases with electrical extension cords running temporary lighting in halls. Stairwells dangerously dark. Stayed here many times but this trip was by far not what we expected. We were very disappointed in this facility. The condo however was great.

Problems with Tidewater.

Everything we very good except the elevators. Slow and only 2 operating. The other problem is handicap parking. Only 4 spaces at each elevator floor and was always occupied. Also the condo wasn’t very wheelchair accessible.

Much needed weekend at the beach

This property is amazing. I love the king beds in each of the bedrooms. Being on the beach and being able to hear the surf from my bedroom was what my soul needed! I wish I could have stayed longer. I loved the small touches, like hooks in the shower and a luggage rack( no suitcase on the bed!!!) I noticed in other reviews complaints about the elevators. We did not experience long waits at all. The check in and out process was fairly easy. The only drawback was the 11 page contract I received to sign and send back! I supposed this is for spring breakers, which I am not one of. Overall, a great experience. I already suggested this property to a coworker.

Long Weekend

The property was very nice and just as described . The only small issue was the fact that there was no cable only streaming services so it was difficult to watch sports.

Emerald Coast Cruise In

We came for the car show & brought our vintage cars. It was nice to have covered parking & able to buy 2 parking passes. It would have been nice to have instructions in the condo on how to use the tv & streaming options. Very slow acces. Overall a nice experience.

Fantastic visit in September

The condo is amazing and as advertised. Very clean and everything you could want was provided. The view is worth every cent and the location is perfect. Now for the bad: The check in process is something that needs to be updated. Getting a cart for luggage requires leaving your id which is a pain and waiting on elevators is a nightmare. However, having 24 hour security was nice to keep things nice and safe. The beach chair service on the beach is frustrating having to line up at 7:30 am and often waiting over an hour until 8:30 am before you can reserve a chair on the front row which so many people desire. The chair service will say you don't have to line up but its a nice little game and power trip i found they like to play. The swimming pools are nice but are not heated so be aware if traveling during off season the pools can be chili In conclusion its a great condo with a fantastic view that i would definitely stay at again.

Great Property

The condo was perfect for our family. We loved the fifth floor location. It provided wonderful views of the beautiful beach and crystel clear waters of the gulf. It was nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. Everything was clean, and just as described. I would enjoy the opportunity to stay here again. I only wish we had more time to explore the resort to see all it has to offer.

Great property but has some issues

The sliding glass door was very hard to close. We had to leave it open some of the time. It was off track. We didn’t have any channels on the television all week. I did call maintenance, and they came but couldn’t fix the issues. I also spoke with book that condo but still haven’t heard back about why we couldn’t get these problems fixed while there for our stay. It was a good location , and nice condo but does have some problems.

Tidewater

Really nice condo right on the beach. The only thing was the floor in the condo was dirty couldn’t tell by looking at it but after my 2yr old was walking around in the floor barefoot the bottom of his feet were black. Other than that it was a terrific place to stay.

Last vacation before going back to school/teacher

The condo was absolutely perfect and clean and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. However, Tidewater Resort was stressful from the beginning of our stay. Long, long lines waiting for the elevator upon our arrival. Throughout our stay, we used the stairs because waiting for the elevator was too long. The parking deck was a nightmare, too. We were constantly taking the stairs in the parking deck and on the property site. I can only imagine the lines for the elevators on a holiday break.
