Gruchet-Saint-Simeon vacation rentals

Our group of 6 adults and 2 children had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. The pictures cannot convey the stunning views of the sea and the countryside. The furnishings are simple and family-friendly. There's plenty of room for all. Although the kitchen is on the small side, it's well equipped. I have never been in a rental that was as well supplied with cutlery and dishes. Outside, there are seemingly endless green lawns, huge trees, a swing set, and a hammock. Our wee ones had a blast flying kites on the hillside. Inside the greenhouse there's a table tennis table and other games. Getting to the beach is easy and safe. There's a secluded, shady path that leads to the town and the shore. The beach is rocky until low tide, when you can walk in the sand and explore the tidal pools. Magical. We loved Pourville and especially Luc's lovely property. We dream of coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house in Offranville. We stayed there with my parents, my family and my sister's family. For my parents the bedroom downstairs was ideal. The house is located at the edge of Offranville and there is a bakery and small supermarket within walking distance. Lots of things to do in the surroundings too, but staying at home in this beautiful house is also nice. Do note that you need to speak French for the check in (I only understood half of it, but luckily my sister is fluent in French, so that helped).

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at "Les Hydrangeas". The house was bright, lovely and immaculate, in a beautiful private garden of flowers. There was a full size kitchen. an adjustable heater in every room, and plenty of HOT water in the shower! The location is quiet and peaceful, fenced in at the end of a cul de sac. Yet it is only hundred meters from a nice restaurant and 300 from a good bakery / patisserie! There are walks through the pretty village, and the sea coast cliffs are only about a kilometer and a half away. The owners are nice and helpful, they live next door but you would never know it unless you need them. Parking is right by the door. The house was well stocked with linens, blankets, dishes, kitchen equipment, and local area guide books. Five stars is not enough, this is truly one of the very best vacation houses I have ever stayed in. I will be back. Je ne taris pas d'éloges sur mon séjour à "Les Hydrangeas". La maison était lumineuse, charmante et impeccable, dans un beau jardin privé de fleurs. Il y avait une grande cuisine. un radiateur réglable dans chaque pièce, et beaucoup d'eau CHAUDE dans la douche! L'endroit est calme et paisible, clôturé au bout d'un cul de sac. Pourtant, il n'est qu'à cent mètres d'un bon restaurant et à 300 d'une bonne boulangerie / pâtisserie! Il y a des promenades à travers le joli village et les falaises de la côte de la mer ne sont qu'à environ un kilomètre et demi. Les propriétaires sont gentils et serviables, ils vivent à côté mais vous ne le sauriez jamais à moins d'en avoir besoin. Le parking est juste devant la porte. La maison était bien approvisionnée en draps, couvertures, vaisselle, équipement de cuisine et guides locaux. Cinq étoiles ne suffit pas, c'est vraiment l'une des meilleures maisons de vacances dans lesquelles j'aie séjourné. Je reviendrai.
