Terrible road and driveway

Beautiful home - terrible road and one way steep driveway - pool table was small and wobbled - no garage disposal - bathroom tub was not secured and slow draining - hot tub vibrated entire house - a/c could not be lower than 71; bathroom towels were rough; poor lighting in kitchen and dining room; no kitchen supplies, no kitchen towels and no pot holders - had to use bathroom hand towels to take pans out of oven / poor quality of soap, paper towels etc…

Nice place

Very nice property. Really clean and tons of space. The driveway is super steep with an odd angle. You cannot turn directly into it and have to do a 4 point turn to get in. Same when exiting onto the main road so be mindful if you have a larger vehicle.

Great location

Beautiful location in the mountain side with trees all around. Beds were comfortable and cabin was clean. Driveway is very steep but it is on the mountain so all the cabins have steep drives. We did not have a 4x4 and we were able to get up the drive, but if you have a large SUV or truck it will be a tight squeeze. Management checked in with us the day of arrival to let us know they were available if needed but everything worked great and we had no reason to contact them during our 5 day stay. Would recommend the cabin and would stay there again.

Family Thanksgiving

Just as advertised. It was picturesque, cozy, warm, super clean and exceeded my expectations. We met our sons there for Thanksgiving and I was afraid that it wouldn't be equipped to prepare our holiday meal but it was. The toaster was broken when we got there and the management company was able to replace it straight away. Management was available at all times. We had a visitor at 2am one day. My husband put the cooler with soft drinks out on the front porch and forgot to bring it in. A small bear decided to check it out and gave everyone a fright. All was well, he was not interested in Diet Coke or water or us for that matter. We have a lovely time.

Wonderful Cabin

Oak Tree Lodge was a cozy comfortable place to stay. All of the tourist areas were so packed with traffic and people, it was nice to have a nice place to feel like home while we were getting together with longtime friends. Ladies — if you need a blow dryer, be sure to take your own! The coffee pot is drip type and you need to bring your own filters as well as coffee. There is a pool table upstairs. All the reviews I’ve seen mentioned the steep driveway and they weren’t kidding. Also, when the address was sent to us, by VRBO, it said the address was Gatlinburg, but it is actually Sevierville. I highly recommend Oak Tree Lodge for non-handicapped folks. ❤️❤️

Cozy place to stay!

Nice and clean cabin perfect getaway! It will better experience having good directions to the property ( kind of confusing getting there). Also not less important , the small kitchen appliances were not operative or missing , It has a good supply of dishes and glass,and the hot tub heater is making a terrible noise in the middle of the night . Note I am not complaining just mention to improve the quality of the estance! Very satisfied I will be back! Joel.

I really liked the location and everything but, my only concern was that there should be more lights outside of the cabin where the jacuzzi is.

Good place to stay

Nice place to stay, but be aware of the super steep driveway. Recommend 4-wheel drive for getting up.

Cabin in the Woods

The cabin was OK. Overall the cabin was clean and taken care of. The two bedrooms were nice and I loved the front porch. The driveway was a little steep as was the drive to the cabin so make sure you bring a vehicle with a little power. The cabin is off Silver Popular Road and the majority of the cabins are rentals. The dishes did need to be washed before we could use them. The pool table was uneven but we still enjoyed it. Overall it was a nice cabin. I did speak with the renta

Best Experience Ever

The cabin was so beautiful and the owner had it spotless clean once we arrived.. Even though it was just my fiancé and I we still enjoyed the privacy and comfort that this huge two bed room cabin gave us.. We will be booking with them again❤️

Great cabin

Great front and especially back deck. Two equal master bedrooms. Half way between gatlinburg and pigeon forge for convenient access. Not easy road access and driveway VERY steep and turning. Would not navigate in inclement weather. Clean, nice and well decorated.
