This home is privately owned and maintained. We only rent to families or professional adults. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25 or chaperoned groups under any circumstances. No house parties or family reunions, occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Pet friendly upon approval, $125 Non refundable Pet Fee.

We offer weekly or nightly rentals with a three to seven night minimum.

This is a great property, everything is as advertised or better. We had no issues whatsoever and everything from booking to communication with the owner to checking out was incredibly easy. The house is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and beach nearby. I would stay here again anytime.

Great Stay?

Family vacation

This home is absolutely gorgeous. We loved everything about it. So clean, stocked with everything you need to stay there all you need to bring is your beach towels and your selves. We stayed 5 days and had the most amazing time ever. We will never vacating any where else. This is our vacation home from now on.

We loved this house

What a great house! It had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. We invited friends for dinner and all of the serving platters and bowls were really nice to have. Would definitely rent again!

Family Wedding Fun

Our family stayed at Carolina Sol to attend a family wedding. Everything about the house and the location was perfect. The wonderful hosts have considered every need a family could have. The only negative is we had to leave.

6 adults and babies had a great time!

We had a wonderful time and the place was great! The pool was well kept and the beach chairs and wagon were a super convenience! Wish we had timed trips down to the shore around high and low tides because when it's high tide there was very little beach!! We almost had to sit in the dunes! Some locals said it had to do with "king tide" which I guess not only affected the shoreline but the water in the marsh came into the streets which closed some of them off at every high tide. We would definitely stay here again! So convenient to everything! And Boulineau's is definitely worth a trip!

Quick walk to the beach

The house was absolutely beautiful. Very spacious and clean. We took our small dog and the property had grass for potty breaks and not on a main road (my dog is afraid of busy streets) My nieces soaked up every second they could in the pool. The outside sjtting area was very nice

Lovely Home

The house was updated and very clean. Unfortunately, we had a week of rain, including a tropical storm during our stay, but our family of 6 found the house to be very comfortable. Although we had limited opportunities due to the weather, our family enjoyed the well mai rained pool. The owners were helpful and responsive to questions.

Nice stay in Cherry Grove!

We had a great time during our stay in Cherry Grove! The house is very clean and well appointed. there is no glassware to drink from, only plastic, but we assume that is because of the pool. It’s also a little dark inside due to the layout and the bedrooms are pretty tight, but the outdoor back pool area is beautiful which is where we spent most of our time anyway! The houses around this rental are very close together and share multiple pool walls, and it is on a very busy street however we rented a golf cart so we had an easy access to the beach and the ability to walk to the grocery store was nice too. There is no real view from this home except a little snippet of the marsh but if you are looking for a nice clean home for your beach stay with kids or pets this is a great choice!

This house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor seating area. It was a short walk to the beach and grocery store. The host was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation

We had a great week at this property. I would say, there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms which was kind of weird. You also had to put the sheets on the beds when you got there. We rented a golf to have which was great. Last thing to note is that the beach there only allows umbrellas during the summer months (no Shibumi shades or tents) Otherwise we loved the house and stay and would definitely come back!

Summer Family Getaway

This house was perfect for the family getaway. It was beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Upon arrival, everything was ready and waiting for us. The private pool was a big hit as we spent most days outside. The communications with our hosts (Jeff and Meredith) were excellent. They went above and beyond to answer all questions and make our stay a wonderful experience. This house is great for a family and we hope to return next year or sooner. Marty

Amazing stay!

The family and I went to stay at the property! The house was exactly what was described. Meredith was amazing to deal with and answered all my questions! We had some family who were unsure if they were going to definitely go. I contacted Meredith and she added them to our reservation as soon as they confirmed! Cherry Grove is a beautiful place and the house and pool were amazing. We traveled with a couple younger kids who didn’t care for the ocean, the pool was perfect for them. We would definitely rent this house again next time we go!

golf get away

Very nice, bright, and clean. Overall great place, things that could have been better only one dish cloth and dish towel- could use more, dishes very heavy and bulky - not real practical (one bowl broke when we got there), Only plastic drinkware, no wine glasses. No extra trash bags for kitchen trash cans. Had to make beds upon arrival. Definitely not deal breakers, just little things that would make a difference. Thanks for sharing place
