Recentemente ristrutturato 2 camere da letto 1 1/2 bagno condominio. 5 miglia da Beech Mountain ski village. L'ascensore inferiore è raggiungibile a piedi (in estate il mio bambino di 3 e 6 anni lo percorre, in inverno con i bambini che guiderei).
Il condominio ha una nuova pavimentazione in vinile e un nuovo tappeto nelle camere da letto. I bagni sono stati aggiornati con i lavandini delle navi. Offre 2 ponti (condivisi con la partizione) per la visualizzazione delle piste e della fauna selvatica della zona (molti cervi). TV Roku da 32 "in ogni camera e TV Roku da 43" in salotto. Ripiani in granito in cucina con lavello sottopiano. Nuove pentole e padelle per cucinare, articoli in plastica per bambini e tazze infrangibili, macchina per panini intercambiabile Bella / piastra / macchina per waffle, macchina per caffè Keurig, macchina per caffè americano a 5 tazze, tostapane, forno a microonde e piccolo crockpot. Ho cercato di renderlo il più adatto alle famiglie! Ogni camera ha un letto matrimoniale e il divano letto è anche una regina. Ci sono 2 materassi ad aria gemellati ma dovrai portare una pompa. Le cose che devono ancora essere aggiornate sono i cursori (le porte dello schermo sono un po 'difficili da spostare) e gli elettrodomestici da cucina sono bianchi. A parte questo, il posto è come nuovo! Siamo vicini alle piste, Buckeye Rec. Al centro, e Fred è a meno di un miglio di distanza :) ** Deve avere 4 ruote motrici, trazione integrale o catene durante i mesi nevosi ** Vieni a goderti temperature più fresche e divertimento in montagna!

Great Time

We had a great time seeing the deer in the driveway, the view of the ski mountain was amazing. Amy was very responsive and the condo was perfect for us. We had a great time and are looking forward to coming back.

Just right!

We came in to town for an adaptive snow ski clinic. It was conveniently located to Beech Mountain Ski Resort and we had a great stay. It was easy to access and Amy was quick to respond with information and questions. Very clean and would stay again.

Beech Mountain Summer Stay

We were in town for the summer concert series at Beech Mountain Ski Resort and the condo worked out perfectly for us! We were able to walk to the concerts easily and the location was convenient to great hikes and restaurants. The host was responsive to questions and the place was super clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Close to Beech Mountain & Family Friendly

Within three minute drive of Beech Mountain. Owner was very helpful with additional information and advice about the area and activities. We appreciated her input and willingness to communicate promptly. Check-in was a breeze with the key code emailed to us a couple days in advance. Absolutely atrocious skiing conditions in the March rain but we had a blast!! We put the drier to good use every evening.

The perfect getaway!

This condo was so warm, cozy & inviting. Everything was exactly as described, clean, & well maintained. Anything we could possibly need was already thought of and provided. The host left well thought out notes & instructions, as well as wonderful suggestions for local activities & attractions. (She was also very quick to answer any questions I had, great communication!!) Thanks to her suggestions we found new things to do this trip, as well as things to look forward to next time. The condo is conveniently located between Beech Mtn Ski Resort & the village. Even though we were there for a ski trip - we would definitely love to stay here any time of year to enjoy all the area has to offer. Thank you for your hospitality!

Lovely stay in Beech Mtn! Summer concert series: we arrived early afternoon and had a downpour storm..the temps dropped to a refreshing 65° and after the storm, the concert was great..under the starry skies. We’ll be back!

Summer stay at Beach to Beech

Clean, well stocked and decorated condo in the heart of Beech Mtn. Host was super responsive to all inquiries and helpful with all aspects of our stay. Our family loved everything about the house, from the games and view, right down to the evening visits from resident deer. Best stocked kitchen of any VRBO we have visited.

Great spot for summer mountain bike trip

Our host was fantastic. No surprises, everything about the property was clear. Locked ourselves out by mistake our first day and it only took a single call to our host to get back in. She was very gracious about it, didn’t seem bothered at all. Will stay there again next time and would recommend for anyone going up to Beech to ride.

Thank you for taking the time to hear my story! I visited Beech Mountain several times pre-kids and absolutely love the small town feel. My trips were during the winter months and of course being from FL just seeing the snow is beautiful. I later visited during the summer months with my kids and boyfriend and it is just as pretty in the summer time as it is in the winter. A friend purchased a place in the same complex and I started trying to figure out how I could do the same! My teacher salary is nothing great in FL but with a little work and help from my boyfriend I was able to get this place in the summer of 2018. It kind of came with a full time renter so I knew we wouldn't be able to enjoy it until the summer of 2019. We packed up 3 adults, 2 young kids, a dog, and a trailer full of tools expecting a quick clean and some fresh paint. Upon arrival we discovered the place was completely trashed and for the most part unlivable. We got to work that night and worked pretty much non stop for 4 weeks. Some nights we were up past 3 trying to finish all of the little projects that needed to be done to make this place our vacation home as well. We finally finished at the end of June, just in time to go back to work...but its done and the next time we go up we will be able to enjoy the place without all of the work! I hope you enjoy Beech Mountain as much as my family does:)

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

I love the location! It's close enough to the slopes to walk to the lower lift or close enough to drive easily. Summer months we enjoy the parks in Valle Cruces and Banner Elk. Buckeye Rec. Center is a short drive and offers indoor and outdoor activities for the kids as well as a hiking trail. Johnson City is about an hour away and if you want a Target or Fazoli's they have it! I have an Etsy store so we love shopping the Habitat for Humanity stores in the summer (I came home with a trailer full of stuff...). The deer are everywhere in this area and my girls love waking up and seeing them in the wooded areas of the complex. Boone is about 45 minutes away and we usually make several trips there during our summer stays. Winter months we like to take the girls to the sledding hill in town. Tubing at Beech and Sugar are also fun during the winter months. New lifts make skiing and snowboarding more accessible this year compared to previous years. We are looking forward to visiting and testing them out! I can't forget Fred's is less than a mile away and open until 10. I could really go on and on about why I like it here:) It's a nice change of pace and my girls love visiting whether they get to see snow or not.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

It's on a mountain and it snows here!! During the summer the temperature does not go over 80. When we were here in July it was actually down in the 50's! That is cold for us Florida people:)
