Appartamento di efficienza recentemente ristrutturato. Di fronte al bellissimo fiume Rio Grande e 4 miglia dal parco statale di elefante Butte Lake. Molte attrezzature per cucinare all'aperto per te. Vicino a Down town e bagni minerali caldi. Parcheggio custodito per barche. Edificio privato e ingresso. Il rafting e la pesca sono eccellenti quest'anno. Vicino al centro di terapia delle acque curative. Vieni, goditi ... House ha rotto gli animali domestici e 420 ok.

Quiet & Comfortable

Nice place to stay when in the area. Having a kitchen is a huge bonus. Host is very friendly and helpful.

Cozy home away from home!

Our stay at Carmen's casita was very appreciated! We felt at home and we're able to relax with ease during our stay! Very clean and felt right at home. We will be visiting again soon!

Off the beaten path

A nice quiet spot to relax and be away from the crowds. Good for one or two people. Cool and comfortable. And yet close to T or C and Elephant Butte.

Cute Casita

Communication with our host was easy and he was very attentive to our needs. The casita was cute, clean and parking was easy. Really liked the place our host and his dog. Definitely would stay there again.

Carmen’s Casita

Our stay at Carmen’s Casita was a pleasant one. Our host was very responsive and the house was very clean. The house was about a 5 minute drive to the hot springs district. I will be back to stay again. I would like to thank our host!

Truth or consequences stay

This is a nice unit to stay the night. It was very quiet very clean. Dog friendly without a fee. I would definitely stay here again.

Great for a Weekend Trip

Nice studio. Enough room for me, my mom, and our dogs. Warmly greeted by the host and Skipper. Would like to stay during warmer weather when we could use the pizza oven.

Clean and Quiet

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at Carmen's Casita. The owners have put a lot of thought and effort into making the Casita a very welcoming place; they are also very nice people, relaxed and conversational. We would stay there again without a doubt. And their labradoodle Skipper is one of the sweetest dogs ever!

Nothing fancy but fit for us. Nice little outdoor sitting area, very private, good location for exploring elephant Butte lake & Caballo lake. Air worked great!

Great for a quick overnight stay!

Property is located in a beautiful area of ToC. It was easy to access and clean. The only note I have is that if you have a dog(s), just be ready to take them on a walk to do their business. For some reason I thought there was an enclosed yard space in front of the apartment for the dogs, but it is shared space, and I didn’t want to let my pups run around in the hosts front yard/side yard area in case they got too adventurous and ended up on part of the property they shouldn’t be.That being said, if your pup has excellent recall, you’ll have no issues. It was a perfect place for us to stop and get some rest for the night before continuing our roadtrip. A huge thank you to the hosts!

Cute Casita

I wanted a pet friendly place to stay and this was the perfect place. It's a cute, homey studio with a full-size bed, kitchen and bath. There is a comfy couch and a little dinette table. There's a little patio right outside the door. It's off the beaten path, but still close enough to downtown. It's very quiet. The host is very nice. A great little place to stay.

Comfortable and Safe

When I arrived, the a/c was on, ready for me to get out of the 100 degree weather outside. I traveled alone, so safety, comfort and wifi were important for me. Carmen's Casita had all 3, had everything I needed, and was very clean! Quiet location too! I even got to experience what it was like to have a mini split A/C unit - It was great!
