This breath taking and luxurious, condo offers you lavishly fully renovated and furnished lake view accommodation just a stone’s throw away from two outdoor heated pools, 2 Tennis Courts. Clubhouse and other amenities. Also, only short drive to beautiful white sandy beaches.

Our condo is located on the 2nd floor of a two-storey building (Ground Floor and 2nd Floor) situated in one of the most popular communities in Bradenton.

The condo boasts 1250 sq. ft. has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. Get a great night’s sleep in the king size bed in the master bedroom. This room also has a dresser drawer, night stands, walk-in closet, and its own master bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has two twin size beds, dresser drawer, night stand, closet and a full bathroom with a tub shower located next to the bedroom.

Accommodation includes a fully furnished Kitchen with recently new appliances to help you prepare that perfect meal, a separate breakfast area.

Full laundry with washer and dryer. The condo also includes a separate dining area that comfortably sits up to 6 people.

This a great place to enjoy your meal, or relax with friends. The living room has comfortable twin couches and is the perfect place to chill out after a long day at the beach or the pool.

Want to watch your favourite show or movie, don't worry there is a smart flat screen TV in the living room.

The balcony is a great place to read your favourite book, while listening to the gentle sounds of water coming from the lake fountain. You also have full WIFI if you must catch up on emails.

Great Stay!
I would give 10 stars if I could. Communications with the owner was fantastic and the condo is updated and super clean. The location of the condo is within steps of the pools and clubhouse. I couldn’t be happier with the condo and correspondence with the owner. I HIGHLY recommend…I am sure we will be back in the future!!! Thanks again Robert for letting us use your condo!!

This unit is spacious and wonderfully located near the pools, tennis/ pickleball courts, playground and clubhouse. This unit is well stocked for just about anything you might need. The unit is located on the second floor with no elevator, just in case that might be a concern for others. The property owners are very responsive in communications and take great strides in ensuring your stay is welcoming and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Perfect Stay
Everything about our stay at Roberts home went smoothly! The home itself was extremely clean and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were more than spacious. This home also had the basics needed to enjoy a day at the beach, including an umbrella! Robert checked in throughout the stay via email to make sure we had everything that we needed. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in this area. Close enough to Sarasota, St.Pete, Anna Maria Island, and other surrounding beach areas. Thank you Robert for being an excellent host 🙂

Robert and Margaret’s gorgeous condo made our family vacation perfect: - The arrival was simple and seamless. The condo was tidy and well-furnished with delicate interiors inspired by traditional island vibes. The instructions and guidelines were helpful throughout our entire stay. - The condo has everything you could wish for. No, really – everything: 5 beach chairs, beach towels, sunscreen, and other amenities, tennis and pickle ball racquets set. The technical appliances functioned well throughout the stay. - Robert and Margaret are outstanding hosts. We had a small issue with the microwave. Robert and Margaret were able to resolve the issue in less than 5 hours by replacing the malfunctioning microwave with a brand new one. Their condo is the epitome of “Home away from Home” We look forward to renting this condo again soon!

We really enjoyed the stay at this property. Very calming atmosphere, very cute apartment, we had almost everything we needed in the kitchen. Location is great as well, close to the shopping centers, a bit far from the Ocean as we would like but when we had no traffic, we're able to get to the beach in 17 min. Communication with the owners were easy. I even had to call them to figure out how to turn a shower 🚿 head 🙃. Would definitely recommend. I did give 4 star on cleanliness just because floors have not been washed but it seems like it's the problem with the cleaning crew. It's the problem I do see in all the rentals we had. Otherwise everything was clean. Thank you!

Home away from home
Robert and Margaret's property is really amazing. Very comfortable, equipped with all the basics needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. The only downfall were the staff of the condo but it didn't ruin our vacation. Make sure to read the condo rules before doing anything. The view of the pond with the turtles ducks and beautiful birds every morning was so great!

The condo is absolutely beautiful. It is comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything. It is tastefully decorated. The grounds are well maintained and the pool areas clean and beautiful. We appreciated the area with shopping and restaurants nearby but, not too nearby! Our hosts kept in touch and check in was easy and flawless. We truly enjoyed our time there.

Exceptional.....
First time in Bradenton. We spend almost two weeks and we have a great family time. The unit is exactly what you see in the picture, completely renovated, cleaned, and with everything you need. The check in process was very easy, the location is perfect, near to supermarket, stores and restaurants and just 10 min from the beach, plus the pools and other amenities. The owners ( Robert and Margaret) were very friendly and helpful. We felt at home away from home. Definitely we will return next year.

Absolutely Gorgeous and Fantastic Condo
My 2 daughters and I came down on a seven night vacation and the check in was a breeze. The condo was super clean and was gorgeously done on the inside. The guest bedroom and bath were perfect the laundry was absolutely amazing to have on site. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need or want. If we had forgotten something at home it probably would have been in the condo. This condo is very quiet it is easy access to the pool and tennis courts and cornhole games. We never heard any noise once we went inside at night which was fantastic. The beds are comfortable and it just made you feel at home each night when we got back. The condo is great distance from anything and everything you could want to do. Everything is within close driving distance and the local grocery store has one that is half a block away. I will most definitely return and look for this condo every time we go!!

The condo was perfect! My wife and I stayed for two weeks and couldn't have been more pleased with the condo. It is very clean and fully equipped with anything you could ask for. The owners have made some wonderful interior renovations and furnished the condo very comfortably. They were very prompt in responding to any questions we had and were very accommodating. We will definitely rent the condo the next time we visit! Overall: 10/10

Great Place to Stay.
The people were great to deal with. The condo was clean & well appointed. We enjoy cooking at home so this was perfect. There is many restaurants within walking distance from the condo, on Cortez Rd. Thai restaurant; Applebee's; Cracker Barrel; Outback Steakhouse; Carrabba's; & other chain restaurants. There other Mom & Pop places, too. We could not hear any noise (traffic) from Cortez Rd. The complex is quite secluded. A big Pubix grocery (with liquor store) store is very close too. Actually right behind the complex on Cortez. 15min. (car ride) from condo to Anna Maria Island (Bradenton Beach). Would like to rent again in January 2021. Glenn & Vivian Morin

Perfect condo for Bradenton & The Eddie Herr Tennis Tournament
My son and his tennis coach stayed in this condo for a week while playing in the Eddie Herr Tennis Tournament and it was perfect. It is 1 mile from the IMG front gates. It was super clean, modern and had all the amenities they needed with modern appliances including the washer & dryer. The owners always got back to me within an hour of sending them an email and when they needed to extend their stay by one day, it was so easy to do so with the assistance of Robert, the owner, getting back to me so quickly. It is super close to Publix market and many great restaurants. The pool and jacuzzi are really nice too. It sleeps 4 comfortably, even though they were only of them. It was very nice to have 2 bathrooms as well, both clean and updated as well. It was quiet too. Just the perfect new and modern condo for their stay. I would highly recommend it while staying in Bradenton. The pictures provided are exactly how it is set up and it was very easy for them to get in and out of condo with plenty of parking for their rental car as well. Overall, a great great condo in Bradenton!!!

Unit well furnished and stocked. Owners very accommodating with early check in and later check out. On the downside pocket door very difficult to open and close. Pillows need washing or replacing.

We fell in love with this Condo in March 2019, so much we wanted to share it with our guests, we are making this perfect home even better, and chose it as it is so close to the Tennis Courts, Swimming pool with great views of the lake.
It is a perfect place to relax and get that well deserved break.
