Free parking! Walking distance to stores, restaurants, public transportation. One mile to Publix and Hollywood Young Circle. Fort Lauderdale Airport is 8 miles away. Huge green back yard with 300 years old tree and BBQ area. Very quiet and peaceful place! Second floor unit, great for budget travelers, nothing fancy - simple, but comfortable accommodation.
