Inoltre, offre un divano letto come terzo letto. Solo mezzo isolato dalla club house, campo pratica, parco privato, ristorante e bar. Vicino in auto a tutti i negozi e ristoranti. Love the location

We loved the location!! A quick walk to the pickleball courts and a block from the Bellair driving range and golf course. Great neighborhoods to ride your bike and close to the grocery store and restaurants. A great area to sit outside for your morning coffee. Having the washer and dryer was an added bonus.

Stayed for a long golf weekend. Property was perfect and property manager was responsive - great experience! Would definitely stay again!

Great Spot

This place was great. Easy check in/out, very clean, and great amenities! Close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. Only about a 10-15 minute drive to the Peoria Sports Complex for MLB Spring Training games. Also easy access to multiple highways. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice little place

Nice central location for our golf outing. Hot tub was amazing. Grill was great. Kitchen had enough cookware to make cooking easy. Beds were comfortable. A nice little place

Super Condo!!!

Excellent location, well appointed condo. Very comfortable, every amenity you should need is here. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. This was my first VRBO stay, and the hosts were kind and patient with my questions while I figured out the process. Loved it, absolutely will stay here again.

Spring Training Trip

The condo was comfortable and clean. The check in and out was easy. When we had an issue it was resolved quickly. Mostly user errors and the hosts talked us through resolving them. Would stay again.

January getaway

We were very pleasantly surprised with this condo by the golf course. It’s very close to Bell Avenue which has everything you could need there, while still being in a neighborhood. We had plenty of room to feel at home. We hope to come back here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Quiet neighborhood

Great location. Tiffany was very helpful and responsive. We had a great family day at the Bellair Driving Range just a couple blocks walk. Condo was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Property was exactly as pictured. Very clean and all questions answered promptly. Hot tub was not working and that was a big reason we chose this place to rent.

Grate condo

We needed a place that was close to medical facilities and this place worked. It was comfortable, quiet, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Easy to access. Would hesitate to rent it again if we were to return to Phoenix.

2nd time around......

We stayed here last year, and enjoyed it so much we came back! More than enough room for the two of us. Everything we needed was there. We are in AZ for Spring Training every year and this condo was close enough to almost all of the fields along with restaurants and shopping. We had an issue with the TV's and Tiffany and Eric came over and fixed it the night we arrived. Very nice couple.

Needs new furniture

Needs a door on master bath room ( barn door wood work ) small bed veery uncomfortable! ( and very load ) Used sofa bed 2nd night better then bed ! Use indented laundry soap ( pillow cases smell / if you noise is sensitive) good location ! And vey nice to have a place to relax .

Clean, quiet, comfortable condo

Clean, quiet, comfortable condo close to grocery stores, convenience stores, big box stores, & fast food. I was glad to be able to use the washer/dryer on premises. I enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning. I initially had an issue with the patio door not opening but the owner remedied the issue very quickly. The bathroom was a nice size to move onto for the week. The bed in the master bedroom was mostly comfortable but I would’ve preferred a firmer, less flimsy pillow. All in all I had a good stay and thought it was priced appropriately.

This condo was just perfect for our stay. Centrally located for our activities. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and welcoming. Everything we needed was available. The price was good. Tiffany, the owner, was super easy to work with and responsive. We will use this place again.

2 night stay

Stayed night before and of our wedding in town. Quick short stay. Property as described, had everything we needed. Received check in info in a timely manner. No issues with our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood.
