Condominio di lusso in stile sud-occidentale con 2 camere da letto a Villa Esperanza. Camera da letto matrimoniale di lusso con letto king size, letto matrimoniale nella seconda camera da letto e divano letto nel soggiorno. Minuti della comunità recintata dalla vecchia Mesilla storica. Palestra e piscina. Ci prendiamo cura dei nostri ospiti come se fossero una famiglia, con grande calore e amicizia. Ti daremo il benvenuto con un regalo di prelibatezze bischochos. Godetevi la nostra accogliente dimora a sud-ovest elegantemente arredata nel moderno stile a sud-ovest e con i letti e le lenzuola più comodi.

Offriamo un soggiorno minimo di due notti, mentre la maggior parte dei condomini a Mesilla richiede un soggiorno di 3 notti. Sono ammessi animali domestici (cani di peso inferiore a 50 libbre) con un deposito per animali domestici.

Beautiful Mesilla

Our first time in Las Cruces area, and we love Mesilla! The property is very nice, convenient to the old Plaza. Great for taking long walks. Beds are comfy, living room furniture comfy with great tv & sound. I have one suggestion for the owner: since there is no dedicated work space, it would be nice to have a-big wood table with the existing dining room chairs, which are heavy. The round glass top table doesn’t give much room for work space, or crafting space, or puzzles, other than that itsperfect. etc.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying at this home. The decor was both very nice and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed. We had some fun in the pool even though the weather was a bit cool for that. The location was convenient just off the interstate so it didn't take long to get wherever.

Las Cruces, NM - Expectations Exceeded!

Wonderful, Spanish Colonial 2 BR, 2 BA, condo. Strong WiFi, really nice kitchen, fine decor. We’d gone to Las Cruces to visit our son and hope this condo will be available for future visits.

Enjoyed our stay

Very clean condo. Swimming pool just steps away. Complex is very quiet, hardly saw anyone coming or going. Convenient location. Condo was well equipped. Comfortable beds. Would stay again.

Wonderful stay!

Everything was immaculate, and communication from the property manager was friendly and professional. The condo was comfortable, nicely appointed, and felt very welcoming. We would love to stay again next time we are in town!

Family getaway

The property was very clean and easy to access. There is a nice pool just right for young kids. Everything inside and out well maintained. We will go back if have the opportunity.

Is so comfortable it Makes Us feel like we are “ Home “

EVERYTHING about this condo is Wonderful, starting with corespondents with Ana & Abel our wonderful host, They are so very kind & so very Quick to corespondent & answer any questions you may have, The location of this condo is perfect !! It is near some wonderful choices for dining from Old Mesilla for Mexican food or the winery for great choices for food and wines to choose from. This Condo has everything and more that you will need for a fun , relaxing enjoyable holiday. We have stayed here two separate times and truly feel so comfortable & welcomed just like home. We so enjoyed the pool it was Great, we spent most of our time swimming, . We WILL Definitely be back to stay here again Thank you to our host “ Ana for making our stay here so perfect!!

Awesome Condo !!

I don’t know where to start EVERYTHING about this condo was so perfect !! Starting from the area it’s located in , Really great food all around you!! The Condo itself was Amazing !! We fell in love with it, very roomy & spacious, we felt right at home. We enjoyed the 2 patios we had , one in front & one located out back, there was everything we needed to and more in the condo, We just were so relaxed the whole time. The pool was wonderful the grandbabies loved it, the grounds area was so well kept up it was Beautiful, Our host was so Wonderful she was very very nice , & so very quick to respond , we can’t thank our host enough for making our weekend with our grandbabies the. “ BEST” we look so forward to visiting again very soon!!!

Exceptional VRBO Residence

Besides being very close to the shops and restaurants in historic Mesilla, this condo unit exceeded our expectations in size, decor, and cleanliness. The Property Manager (Ana) was very kind in answering questions before our arrival and during the stay - she was without question, the most accommodating and helpful owner/manager we have ever had in the many years of using VRBO !!

Perfect for our stay

Clean and secure property with thoughtful amenities. We stayed at this condo for 3 nights- my husband and I, our two children (ages 2 and 10 months) and our au pair. It is a very comfortable and well- kept place. The king size bed was comfortable. Linens and carpeting are in great shape. I brought a cover to use under the baby's high chair because the table for eating is on carpet. Two coffee makers available, with good coffee provided. Kitchen was great for our needs. We used the pool twice, it is small but we didn't need a big space and it is heated. Host communication was quick and reliable. Overall very pleased with the accommodations and would stay there again for sure.

Wonderful Condo with a great location

The Condo was perfect for our needs, immaculate and in a perfect location. We could walk to Mesilla and many restaurants. There is lots to do in the Las Cruces are! Ana, the property manager was a great communicator. She made sure we had everything we needed! Would stay here again!

Great location!

This condo was perfect for our 10 day stay in Las Cruces!! The location was perfect! So many restaurants in Mesilla that we could walk to! WalMart less than a mile away for groceries and so many wonderful hiking trails less than hour drive away!! After hiking we would come back and relax by the pool. An enjoyable end to our 7 week stay in the SW USA.
