Property includes a magnificent infinity pool, lush year-round pond, fenced oval horse track, boxing ring, sand volleyball court, built-in trampoline, and double-gated entry with a dramatic drive-up approach. The land we’re on is wild, so please be mindful of stickers, poison oak, and wild animals. Respect the earth!
For more than 18 guests we require special permits, insurance, and incur an additional fee depending on the size of the party and needs. Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis, please make sure to discuss any details with the host if considering holding a party for additional information rules and policies. We have a strict sound policy rule which will need to be agreed to before entry.

Property features remarkable craftsmanship with custom stone and limestone walls throughout. 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, Master suite with balcony private steam sauna room and large jacuzzi bathtub, full luxury kitchen two sinks and two refrigerators, two dishwashers, formal dining room, living room, Large game room in the basement, and grand staircase. Also, we are on satellite internet. We have no way of controlling speed or usage; we have the biggest fastest plan we can acquire in our area being so rural. Please download and upload movies/shows , games, and music before you get here so that normal usage will remain useable . The more people on devices the slower the internet gets :) emails and browsing should be just fine ;) We are also on a well, so please use water-wise practices. Thank you
