Welcome to the Cozy Cottage on the Shore, a relaxed place to enjoy nature.
The Cozy Cottage is a wonderful place to stay in North Vancouver. We are centrally located close to beautiful downtown Vancouver (10 minute car ride or a 15 minute walk to the bus stop and a 15 minute bus ride) and a stones throw away from West Vancouver's stunning Ambleside beach and a beautiful walk along the water to Lonsdale Quay.
Our suite includes your own bedroom, bathroom and den (with TV, desk, couch and bar fridge) but you would share the kitchen with my wife and myself. Please enjoy our amazing therapeutic hot tub. We also offer rental of snow shoes and snowboard. If you are looking to rent a bike, Lime Bike (run by Uber) is in our neighborhood. This suite is truly a gem for any traveler.

We are Josh and Alison and we love the outdoors. We have a large breed dog who is very friendly and docile. We have been doing vacation rentals since 2016 with the other vacation rental company and have amazing reviews. We wanted to give VRBO a try.
Why they chose this property
Our house is set in a peaceful neighbourhood with the Spirit Trail at our front door. The Spirit Trail either goes to beautiful Stanley Park or east to Lonsdale Quay and the Seabus and beyond. We love to garden so we hope you enjoy our beautiful front and back yard.
