The location is the best, surrounding trees, right next to a walking trail and very close to Navajo ski lift. Communication was great.

True ski in ski out

We had a wonderful time. The place is small but cozy. Clean fully stocked. Dawn was quick to respond with any questions. It dumped a lot of snow so you definitely need chains or 4WD to get up the road . Found out that snow plow doesn't happen after 4/15 but with our chains we got around with no problem . Being dog friendly was a plus. Very friendly neighborhood will definitely come back next year!

Comfortable cabin in the woods

We’ve stayed at a lot of short term vacation rentals in Brian Head, and this might have been our favorite. Great location, close to Navajo lifts but despite being so central it still felt like you were secluded in the forest. Very peaceful. Overall, it was well stocked, spacious and comfortable. Loved the gas fireplace (which uses an electric fan to disperse the heat), and the little entry way/mudroom was great for letting skis dry overnight. We would be very happy to come back.

Amazing views of snow covered trees

This is an amazing little condo for a family. Ski in and ski out from a warm home. The condo had everything we needed and the owners made sure that we enjoyed our stay. Even the dog had a great time playing in the snow and sleeping in front of the fireplace. Highly recommend this condo for your next stay at Brian Head.

So cute

Such a cute cozy place! Definitely big enough for my family of 4 with teenage children. If I really had to pick something I would say that couch could be a little bigger. It did feel little crowded on the couch/seating area in the living room when we were all sitting in there.

Great location, very nice accommodations. Second year in a row at this condo, and we’ll be back next year... only downside.... the master bed is very uncomfortable, and a bit small for two.

Thanksgiving stay

Overall it was a good visit, we had all the things we needed and the host provided extra supplies incase anything was forgotten, everything was fully stocked even had doggy bowls for food and water, the kids loved the fact that the condo had sleds and shovels to play in the snow with. The kitchen and bathroom was fully stocked and bedrooms had extra blankets and pillows, the atmosphere was soothing and comfortable and the living room is a good size for gatherings. The only downfall was the upstairs railway was very loose and the steps are short so we had a few dangerous falls, it could have been a little cleaner there was trash under the beds and needed better vacuuming, ither than that we loved it and definitely will be returning!

Spring Break 2023

We had a great time! Everything was super easy and the condo was appointed with everything we needed! There was SO MUCH snow and, as such, it was difficult to get up/down the driveway to the complex even with plowing and a suburban with chains! Just a heads up! Lindsay (on the property) was amazing at plowing for us when we needed some additional leverage but there was just so much snow! We will be back!

Needs some improvement

The pictures were a bit misleading. The balcony/patio area is definitely unsafe for use… I found food on some of the cookware which caused me to just eat out. Luckily there’s a few choices nearby. I found someone else hair (like a few) on the pillowcase and just my opinion, the sheets had a strong smell (deodorizer/frebreeze). I feel this along with the hair on the pillowcase, no bedding was washed. The bannister leading to the upstairs is loose and is in need of repair.

Loved Our Brian Head Condo

The condo we rented was wonderful and perfectly located between Bryce National Park and Zion National Park. We especially enjoyed the deck and cool weather after hiking all day! It was difficult to find because we arrived late at night from the south versus directions given us were from the north. In the dark we were unable to locate the signs and indicators noted on the instructions. We were fortunate in that a nearby lodge was open where an employee there helped us determine where we needed to go. Upon arrival at the correct group of condos, it took us a while to locate the specific unit, again because of the darkness. Once we found the condo, we loved it and really enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were excellent. Thanks! Bill and Jan Bowlin July 11-15, 2015

Unsafe Entry to Unit, Uncomfortable Bed, and Dog Hair

I’ll start with the positive: it is an excellent ski in location. Walk about a total of 50 yards and you’re at the midpoint of a green run. Ski or board down to the small lift, take that up, and easily make your way over to Navajo lift which opens up that entire mountain. Otherwise, our stay was disappointing. The queen beds were not plush so much as likely quite old. If 2 are sleeping on it, every movement creakily jostles the other person. It would be a worthy investment to get a better mattress so that everyone can sleep well. There were no dog amenities (no bowls, no bed, etc.). There was an immense amount of white dog hair all over the floors and rugs that got on all of our clothes. (We have a black non-shedding Labradoodle.) A deep vacuuming would have solved that. The listing states there’s outdoor patio space but it’s absolutely covered in snow. We wondered if it was safe to even be there with that much weight on the deck. Worst of all is that the entry to the unit was dangerous. There was a slippery frozen 1-2 foot high and 2 foot wide patch of ice that made coming and going very scary. We tried to chip at it with the shovel to no avail. The modest amount of salt (1/8th of a bag at best) left for us did little. I messaged in and received a reply that they know about the issue but nothing was done. Carrying gear, it is absolutely unsafe. Two very fit adults and two strong kids struggled so I can’t imagine what anyone who was even slightly vulnerable would do.

Cabin in the Woods

If your looking for a Pet Friendly “Cabin In the Woods” feel with a great location to town and Chair Lifts, (Skiing in Winter, Mountain Biking and Hiking in the Summer) then this Condo is it! The Condo is surrounded by Tall Trees with a Balcony overlooking them My husband and I visited in July with our 2 pups for 1 week of Hiking and Exploring . It is very close to Cedar Breaks National Monument. It is somewhat close to Bryce National Park and Zion National Park (1 1/2 Hr Drive). On weekends you can ride the Chairlift at Brian Head up to the Top and Hike the VISTA Trail Down (About 3 Miles ) OR you hike both ways for a Strenuous 6 Mile Hike) The 2 mile Town Walking trail connects right to the Condo driveway. If you are at all Handicapped, this place is not for you as it has Stairs leading to the Condo as well as Stairs in the Condo.(The Loft Stairs are narrow and require you to pay attention when descending, as a nice little black and blue on my hip reminded me to be more careful.) What I liked about the Condo The Location The very updated appliances in the Kitchen as well as it being extremely well stocked dishes, etc (which we enjoy because we prefer to eat in mostly and limited choice of restaurants) The QUIET!! We chose this place over a Hotel because of the Cabin Feel. The Washer Dryer inside the Unit was especially nice for a longer stay What I DID NOT like about the Condo The Odor from the Carpets. (I have a very sensitive nose to odors though) and left 2 days early as I could no longer stand the smell. a few Spiders inside the Unit and Bugs, but that is expected in the woods. The shower is very Slippery ..but a simple Bath Mat would solve this issue
