This holiday home is an excellent base for those who plan to take a tour of the wonderful Salento. The mild climate and the enchanting landscapes make Salento an ideal destination to spend your holidays all year round. The newly built apartment consists of entrance / living room with kitchenette / dining area, sofa bed, bathroom with shower and a bedroom overlooking a large and fully livable terrace, covered with a wooden gazebo and furnished with a large table. for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. The living room / dining room has a fireplace, air conditioning and TV, as well as the bedroom is equipped with independent air conditioning. The strategic position of the house allows you to reach the marinas of Nardò in a few minutes, but also Gallipoli and Porto Cesareo, with the further advantage of being quiet and very easy for parking.
