We always enjoy our stay at this home. The accessibility as well as the layout of the home is always perfect which is why we have stayed here more than once. The owner takes a hands-on approach with the people that stay at the house and are keenly interested in how things are going and how they can help.

Ok, not even gonna mince words…..this home is outstanding! Our family loved it and did not want to leave it! We have been renting in Cape San Blas since 1992 and our family felt so at home here in Tropical Breeze. It’s roomy, comfortable, well appointed and clean. Each room, indoors and outdoors, has a family friendly ambiance and is very welcoming. The owner is very gracious and answered any of the few questions we had quickly, kindly and professionally. Our family would recommend only one thing which would be a huge sign saying “Welcome Home”!

This place is amazing! It feels more like a home than a beach house! The home is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The natural beauty of the sand dunes added to the gulf front view! The furnishings were beyond our imagination with comfortable seating inside and out! We enjoyed a lot of time sitting on the decks watching the ocean, reading, and napping. We enjoyed the outdoor picnic area for eating fresh seafood and dodging an occasional shower with newfound friends. The beach is by far the most beautiful in the area! We spent a lot of time on the beach just talking and staring at the ocean! A lot of fond memories were made at this piece of paradise!! Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back for more! The owner, Roni, was phenomenal to work with!! She gave us inside information on things to do close by as well as the selection of local restaurants. Everything she said was true!!

We loved our stay on Cape San Blas. The owner of the house was very communicative and friendly. She gave great recs on places to eat and things to do.The area was beautiful and the beach was breathtaking. We enjoyed every sunset from the upper deck.

We loved this house! It was perfect for our full family (grandparents, siblings, grandkids) to all be together with enough room for us to be apart as well. This area of the beach was a little more crowded than other places we had stayed if you went to the right where the condos were but we were able to keep distance and have a big area for the kids. Roni was awesome with helping me figure out things prior to coming. Really appreciate her checking in and making sure things were good. Definitely hope to stay here again.

A Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation! Roni is great to work with; she talked with me a few times before we left for Cape San Blas, during our stay, and after our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and so comfortable! We had a Perfect Stay and made so many memories here. Can’t wait to return.

Our family of 8 plus 3 babies loved our week here. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and you’ll be hard pressed to find a better view of the gulf from your living room window. Highly recommend!! Roni is great to work with as well as Pristine Properties.

Super family beach house

Our family of five adults and two toddlers really enjoyed our stay. So close to the beach, and not in a high traffic area, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The open concept kitchen/DR/LR was perfect for keeping an eye on the kids while the adults cooked. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

We usually spend our summer vacations in the mountains of Colorado so this was a new experience for most of us. We were not disappointed. Beautiful house, beautiful beach and water, plenty of room to spread out and the snorkeling was awesome. Great place to stay.

Great, quiet place to vacation!!

Great, quiet place to vacation! The property owner was very easy to get ahold of and was very helpful. The water heater stopped working and she got someone there immediately to fix the problem.

Has everything plus some

Loved that all the cooking needs were met. Had all the right utensils and spices needed which are usually not provided. As well as having beach gear for use without having to bring your own or rent. Fabulous place!

Fantastic Beach Front House

This is our second time staying at A Tropical Breeze. We loved the upgrades this year. Roni is awesome to deal with and stayed in touch with us though out the rental process. We will def be booking again for next year !!!! Very comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out for our whole family.

Communication was great before, during and after our stay. We had absolutely no issues with the property.The house was extraordinary. We were there to relax together as a family (nine folks over three generations) and it was an ideal spot because:Kitchen stocked with all we needed and morePlenty of space to put our food awayDining table large enough for everyone Rooms were spacious and unclutteredPlenty of drawers and HANGERS! Beds were very comfortableExtra throws and blanketsA nice bathroom in every bedroom Enough hot water and water pressureConvenient beach accessWe spent as much time on the porches as inside. The bottom allowed the cousins to eat lunch and play together out of the sun. The top balcony saw a LOT of adult lounging and napping. A couple of adults had to check in with work everyday and there was plenty of room to get away and be professional. The VayK credit- Having beach equipment delivered to the house was nice, but we ended up not using their large cooler and beach cart. (I don't know what I was thinking, but no one can push that loaded cart up and down the stairs over the dune. ) The chairs, recliner and sun tent were comfortable and lightweight. They had handles, so they were super easy to carry out each morning. If you use VayK, don't bother with the cart or cooler. The beach was so convenient, we only took our small cooler out with us once all week.

Great Well Equipped House

We loved our stay at A Tropical Breeze. The house is ocean front and has beautiful views. Roni, the owner and gracious host has thought of everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. She goes out of her way to make sure you are having a great vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped, lots of games, books and puzzles to keep you entertained. We would definitely stay again.

Fabulous House

The kitchen was well stocked and the house had a great floor plan. We had great naps on the screened porch. The lounge chairs on the upper deck were so comfortable. The owner even put out a sand mat on the dune path to make going up and down so much easier.

Amazing Beach House with Old Florida Feel and All the Comforts of Home

Property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked and we ate almost every meal at the house. Roni was an amazing host with flawless communication throughout the trip for anything we needed. She helped us determine the best places to snorkel, and even had a couple surprises waiting for us when she found out it was our son’s birthday. The house and beach were beautiful—already excited for another trip back to the Cape/the house!!
