You will like Villa Marchello: the views, the sunsets, the location and the intimacy. The accommodation is suitable for couples, groups and families with children. Animals welcome.
It has all the comforts with large outdoor areas and greenery.
The sea is within walking distance and access is exactly in front of the property.
The internal space is structured as follows: two bedrooms (for four or five total beds), one double and one twin and both equipped with air conditioners, a large bathroom with shower, a second bathroom with washing machine, a spacious living room with fan ceiling, TV, dining table and sofa bed (two places), large equipped kitchen also equipped with dining table.

Peaceful place

Beautiful place. Very serene and secluded enough to enjoy and relax in peace. Still, the city of Leuca is not far (almost walking distance). Many beaches are also close. Outdoor shower and rooftop terace are two big bonus points. Owners are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and had a fantastic vacations.

Magical

First of all, Giulia is so sweet and welcoming. Sh greated us so graciously and warm, so that we felt right at home. We have rented so many places in the past and this place excelled our expectations. Giulia was well prepared and helped us with every question we had. We will definitely be returning. Een heel comfortabele en nette vakantievilla.

Bij aankomst werden wij hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar van de villa. Het huis was brandschoon en ruim voor een gezin van 4 personen en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Op het grote dakterras kun je iedere avond genieten van de zonsondergang. Vanuit de woning loop je zo naar de zee en in de buurt zijn er talloze restaurantjes om lekker te eten. De villa ligt op een steenworp afstand van Leuca en binnen een uur ben je in Lecce, Otranto of Gallipoli. Bedankt Marchiello en Giulia voor de fantastische week die wij mochten doorbrengen in jullie villa. Groetjes van Nico

You immediately feel at home

I will start with the warm welcome we had from Giulia and her father Marcello. They are really kind people and they welcome you with their heart and make sure that everything will be fine for you. Communication is easy before and during the stay. A LOT of very good welcome products are provided. All that make you know you are in right place even before you enter the villa itself ! They also came at the end of the stay to say goodbye, they are very nice people, it really makes a difference. The villa and outdoors are beautiful and peaceful. The villa has large rooms with high ceilings, good beds, air-conditioning in the bedrooms, good wifi ... Outside you will find place for your car, sun and shadow, a large terrace with table and chairs, a lovely pergola with deck chairs, a barbecue, 2 bikes, a shower with hot/cold water and stairs will lead you to the rooftop where you can enjoy a panoramic view of sea and the magic of the sunset. On the other side of the road, a short path will lead you to a swimming place (amongst the rocks, better take your sea shoes) where you will swim and see the sea cave " Grotta Delle Tre Porte". From the villa, you can reach in a few minutes drive Leuca, which is charming with its old stylish villas but not always easy to find a parking place at peak of the high season. From Leuca, there are nice boat trips to visit the numerous and beautiful sea caves with swimming stops. At 15 minutes drive of the villa, you can find Marina di Pescoluse with its big sandy beach and clear waters (Maldives of the Salento). Other beaches are closer to the villas like Felloniche for example. At one hour drive, don't miss cities like Lecce and Otranto. We did not have time to visit Gallipoli. To conclude, I warmly recommend the villa and thank again Giulia and Marcello.

Ottima abitazione

Il soggiorno nella villa è stato piacevole e ottimo per una settimana di relax. La casa è meravigliosa, con terrazzo e giardino tenuti benissimo. A disposizione tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Très belle maison idéalement située

Très belle maison située à proximité de la jolie ville de Leuca et dans un environnement calme. La maison est spacieuse avec une terrasse abritée très agréable ainsi qu'un patio attenant. Douche extérieure très pratique (plus un lavabo). Très beaux volumes intérieurs. Par ailleurs, il suffit de traverser la route pour aller se rafraîchir dans les rochers. Magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis le toit terrasse. Surtout, les propriétaires (Giulia et Marcello) sont absolument charmants. Hypers réactifs lors de la réservation jusqu'à notre arrivée. Accueil merveilleux avec toute une panoplie de produits locaux offerts. (rarement eu autant de délicates attentions dans une location !) Une adresse idéalement située pour visiter aussi bien la côte adriatique que la côte ionienne. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Merci encore Giulia et Marcello pour votre gentillesse. Soggiorno con vista

La villa ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze, è provvista di ogni confort e si trova proprio di fronte al mare. Dalle foto rende molto meno di quello che effettivamente è. Soltanto la terrazza sul mare varrebbe tutto il soggiorno. Il proprietario ci ha accolti con molta professionalità e gentilezza e per tutto il pernottamento si è reso disponibilissimo.

1)LA CASA NON E' A 10MT DAL MARE ED E' ARREDATA CON ARREDI POVERI. 2) NON C'E' WIFY. L'HOST SENZA SCUSARSI NE SPIEGA LA RAGIONE CON DIFFFICOLTA' DI RICEZIONE, MA LA COSA NON E' VERA PERCHE' SIA CON IL TELEFONO CHE CON UNA SCHEDA TIM, CI SI COLLEGAVA. 3) SUL TERRAZZO C'ERA UN PANNELLO COPRI CONDIZIONATORE, SMONTATO, UN FILO PENDENTE CHE ATTRAVERSAVA IL TERRAZZO E SENZA ALCUNA LUCE. 4)LE DUE BICICLETTE, PER ALTRO UNA CON PROBLEMI ALLA CATENA, NON AVEVANO PER CHIUDERLE. Si vous allez dans le salento, c'est ici que vous devez dormir !

Nous louons chaque été pour nos vacances. Cette maison semblait correspondre à nos attentes mais il n'y avait pas beaucoup de commentaires. J'en fais d'ailleurs très peu. Tout d'abord la maison. Elle est encore plus jolie en vrai que sur les photos. Très spacieuse et d'une propreté exemplaire, elle est très agréable à vivre avec ses 2 chambres climatisées (les clim sont assez puissantes pour donner une température agréable à toute la maison), son séjour très spacieux et une belle cuisine équipée. Une salle d'eau avec wc et une autre pièce avec machine à laver et wc, sans oublié la douche extérieure (terrrrrrriiiiiiible); Votre voiture est à l'ombre grâce à un pin parasol qui la protège bien. La maison est très bien située, proche de Leuca (1km) sans être dans la foule, à quelques mètres de la mer. Voilà ce que nous voulions et ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. Mais ce que nous n'avions pas prévu c'est l'extrême gentillesse de Marcello. Avec sa fille, il nous a accueilli (alors que nous arrivions tard) avec des fruits frais, divers boissons rangées dans le frigo, café, viennoiseries pour notre premier petit dej, le lit déjà fait. De multiples attentions qui reflètent bien l'accueil italien. pendant notre séjour quelques sms de sa part afin de savoir si tout se passe bien. Enfin bref. LA location idéale si vous voulez vous rendre dans les Pouilles. Grazie Marcello e Gullia per tutti. A la procima volta in la nostra casa. Baci

Amazing rest in Salento

Wonderful stay in a nice, clean and comfortable villa, in front of the sea, in a quiet position, ideal for relax and swim. The house is even better than showed in the pictures, we particurally appreciated the patio and external shower, and beautiful view from the terrace. Salento is amazing for nature, arts and food, we visited Lecce, Otranto, Castro and Gallipoli. Marcello was very kind and helpful, he gave us a lot of information about place to visit, shores and restaurants.

Villa molto confortevole in ottima posizione

Ho soggiornato in questa villa con la famiglia nella prima settimana di Luglio. La struttura è molto confortevole, pulita ed è attrezzata di tutto quanto necessario per un soggiorno anche prolungato. Il proprietario Sig.Marcello è stato davvero molto ospitale ed al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare l'abitazione già dotata dei generi di prima necessità. Infine la posizione è veramente splendida, con la possibilità di fare il bagno sulla scogliera sotto casa (bellissime le grotte) e in posizione strategica per raggiungere in breve tempo sia le spiagge della costa occidentale sia le calette e le scogliere di quella orientale. In sintesi una villa in cui ci farebbe piacere tornare quanto prima per approfondire la conoscenza del Salento!

Proche de l'eau, maison très agréable avec climatisation pour bien dormir, top !

A pied, une petite plongée chaque matin avant le pti'déj, ...les poissons sont magnifiques, la température de l'eau trop bonne... De belles vacances ! Et la qualité de l'accueil et un plus !
