B101 was great,

We have stayed here for several yrs…love the ground floor, close to the pool and beach.. Five minutes from the boardwalk with lots of great places to eat.. We will return again next year!…it is perfect if you have small children. They have a small yard to play In.. Dave and his team have always been excellent in returning calls or to the rescue if something wasn't working..

Family Vacation

We've been staying at Waterscape the last 4 years and this condo by far has been our absolute favorite! Everything from the rental process to the location and checkout process was a breeze. I couldn't recommend the condo or Coastal Vibes enough!

Wonderful Fall Break Getaway!

We have stayed at waterscape before, but this was our favorite condo yet! The proximity to the beach could not have been better—we had lots of back and forth between 2 families with 6 small children, and the closeness made it easy. Everything in the property was as described. We loved watching the sunset from the large patio and our kiddos loved the bunk room! Thanks for having us! We can’t wait to come back!

GREAT STAY

Pool, cray river and ocean were great! Restaurants were almost in walking distance, if you like water the Waterscape cant be overlooked. The ground floor worked out excellent with 3 children under 6 years old

Great stay

Condo was exactly how it looked, it was convenient for the pool and beach. When the ice maker quit working they were quick to get a counter top maker the next morning and make it right. The activities and pool was great for our kids aged 6 and 8. The beach chairs were nice to have close to the ocean where our teenage girls wanted to be most of the time. Will likely return.

B101 is a great place to stay!

We loved this property! The location is awesome, rooms are big and nicely decorated, and everything was clean. Also, the property manager made the experience even better with a great welcome email with lots of information to make our stay special!

Great location and well-supported stay

Being able to see the Gulf is always a benefit, and we took advantage of being able to walk out the balcony to the beach. Two tips we learned that should help others staying here for the first time. 1. The unit is in the southwest corner of the complex and is easiest to access on the far west side entrance closer to the Gulf. 2. The trash chute is located close to the entrance to the parking garage next to the elevators closest to the surface parking lot. All other info and details you need are very well covered in the information provided by the host management company. We had a great long weekend in the off-season.

Great affordable condo on the water!

Really enjoyed B101 at waterscape. It was right by the water with an awesome view. Super clean and waterscape has lots of amenities the others don’t. Will stay here again!

Family Vacation

Great condo! Everything was a breeze from communication to check-in. Unit was clean and ready upon arrival. We absolutely loved the location of this unit. It is close to both the beach and the pool. My family loved the grassy area right out the back door. The kids were able to feel that they had a little back yard and room to play outside even if we weren’t at the pool/beach. We would absolutely stay at this unit again.

B101 will be our forever new place to stay from now on!..we've stayed on okaloosa island for 30 yrs and this is by far the best..all my kids got to come and we had plenty of space..loved the yard for my grand baby , plus right around the corner was the lazy river which even the adults loved!.. loved the short walk to the beach, and we had no problems setting up our tent beside our complementary chairs..the dryer belt broke on our 4th day and Dave and his crew were spot on..they had it fixed within the hr!…love that we were close to all the eating, and a10 minute drive to destin to do the dolphin cruise..we grilled out one nite since grills were close to our condo!..loved loved loved this condo!..will for sure return next yr,..❤️❤️❤️ It's great for your large family and we all said our beds were so comfortable…I wanted to know what kind they were so I could buy one..👍👍

Perfect family getaway

Perfect family getaway. Having the pool and the ocean fulfilled the swimming needs for our bigs and littles. Everything was within walking distance. Excellent location. Abundant ocean wildlife. This was our 2nd trip to the Waterscape and hopefully not our last.

My favorite room in my favorite resort

This is our fourth year staying at Waterscape in room B101. We love the ground floor walkout with direct access to both the beach and pool. The kids love having the grassy area right off the patio to play. The room is well equipped, and nicely furnished. We'll definitely be back again next year.

Best Vacay Ever!

I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical of a first floor unit, but this condo has it all and superseded every expectation I had for a perfect first blended family vacay! We felt like we had our own private secluded yard with beachfront views while still having all of the perks and amenities of an amazing resort! The location is perfection! We were literally steps away from accessing the pool and beach! We also utilized the side parking versus the parking garage because it was so quick and easily accessible. The unit was clean, decorated so cute, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The entire process from booking to checkout was a breeze! Coastal Vibe was quick to answer any questions I had! I will definitely be booking with them in the future and can't wait for my family to return to B101!

Perfect location, perfect size, beautiful views, butcleanliness lacking

If you want a great location with convenient ground level access and beautiful ocean views this condo is it. It has great views with easy access to the beach and pool. The space is well thought out and the bunk beds were perfect. The only reason I gave this condo 4 stars was the cleanliness of it upon check in. We got there at 2:30 and wanted to see how far along they were in the cleaning process so we peaked in the window and they hadn't even started cleaning yet (check out is strictly at 10am). When 4pm (check in) came around they were still moping, but the baby needed to be put down for a nap. Once we were able to get in the condo there was sand all over the floors still, a dead bug on the counter in the master bathroom, hair in the sink, stains on the floor in the kitchen and later that night we discovered sand in the beds like the sheets hadn't been washed. (Checkout instructions say to leave bedding on the beds, so I wonder if they were even changed between guests). I was surprised by all of this, but I decided to just clean it myself (fyi there are no cleaning supplies just a broom and a vacuum that doesn't really work well) and I stripped the beds and washed the sheets myself. I did reach out to the property manager who apologized. Overall, I would stay here again though as everything else was awesome, but I'd bring some cleaning supplies and just plan on cleaning it myself.

Great Location and Vacation

This was our second time at Waterscape and Coastal Vibe. The communication is great with the team. The condo was perfect- especially the location. We had a few young kids that loved the access to the green space (and obviously the pool and beach).

Family Beach Getaway

We had a family of 9 staying at B101. I have stayed at numerous condos at Waterscape and this was the best by far. What made it so spectacular was the location. You could hear and see the ocean waves, feel the ocean breeze and feel as though you were sitting right on the beach. The condo itself was awesome, perfect for our family, especially the bunk room for the teenagers. I was pleased with the well stocked kitchen. We will definitely be staying at this condo again!!

Excellent location

We've stayed at waterscapes over 10 times and this particular condo is a wonderful location. The views of the beach are awesome. The kids loved the ground floor location and could play in the grass area right outside the patio. Waterscapes is an amazing resort. We never had to leave thanks to all of the amenities!

Family Vacation May 2022

This is our fourth year staying at Waterscape and every year we fall more and more in love. This year we brought down 9 extra family members and made it a giant family vacation. It was great! We love all the different activities to do around waterscape. Our room location was great (easy access on the ground floor to pools and beach). We loved the view from our balcony and hearing the ocean waves. We will be back again!

Awesome condo!

This was our first stay at Waterscape, and we will definitely be back!! This first floor unit was perfect! It was so nice for the our kids (ranging in age from 1-13) to have a little corner yard to play in. The view was fantastic and the beach is just a very short walk away. The free chair and umbrella rental was a nice bonus. The condo was clean, beds were comfy, and well stocked. Overall we had an awesome stay and will definitely be renting this unit again!!
