Set in the trees on the mountain at 9,200 feet, this beautiful log cabin has incredible views of Wheeler Peak, the highest point in New Mexico. Enjoy the jaw-dropping panoramic views of the Moreno Valley all the way to Eagle Nest. O'Dell Cabin is one of the closest homes to the trail run, 'Headin Home'. Absolutely No Walking!

Get a true cabin feeling with the cozy mountain decor and furnishings. There are two separate living sections, each with its own family room, kitchen, and laundry. The entire home stays warm with in-floor radiant heating controlled by seven thermostats. Walk up the extra-wide staircase to the front door which enters the main living area. During the day, you will love the picturesque views from a huge wall of windows. At night, you will want to host game night in front of the stunning cobblestone fireplace. The open living/dining area is perfect for large group gatherings. The dining table seats eight and two more at an extra smaller table. Down the hall is a large kitchen with double ovens, a microwave, and a Jen-Air flat surface cooktop on an island. It's perfect for cooking meals for the whole gang. Everything that you need is included - fully equipped with cookware, dishes and utensils, crockpots, drip and Keurig coffeemakers, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Guests can grab a quick bite at the kitchen island on one of the four barstools. Nearby is an oversized laundry/mudroom with a large capacity front-loading washing machine and dryer. Hang your jackets, gloves, and hats on the custom-made coat racks. There is also a convenient exit out of the laundry/mudroom through a door that leads to the large wraparound deck. Around the corner is a half-bath. Also on the main level are two theme-decorated bedrooms. The 'Mountain View' bedroom has a king-size four-poster log bed, matching nightstands, and a themed quilt. The 'Prospector' bedroom has a queen-size four-poster log bed, matching nightstands, and a themed quilt. Each bedroom has its own access outdoors onto the wraparound deck. Between these two bedrooms is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and single vanity.

Upstairs is a loft that overlooks the main floor. At the top of the stairs is a twin/daybed and to the right is a bedroom area with a hand-peeled cedar log king-size bed with matching nightstands. The beds have matching themed quilts. Enjoy the fresh mountain air from the walk-out balcony that overlooks the mountain. The impressive large bathroom has a large soaking tub, a hand-tiled walk-in shower, and a large double vanity. The loft also includes a large sitting/sleeping area with its own TV/DVR/DVD. There are two twin futons, one full futon, and a child-size futon.

The bottom level is like a whole other home. It has its own family room, kitchen, laundry room, two more bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The open-style floor features a family and dining room and kitchen. Enjoy movie night on the widescreen TV with DISH satellite. There is extra sleeping space in the family room on queen, full, and twin sleeper sofas. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, with an electric cooktop range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes and utensils, and coffeemakers. Across from the kitchen is the second laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer. The 'Black Bear' bedroom has a king-size log bed, matching nightstands, and a themed quilt. The 'Elk Run' bedroom has a queen four-poster log bed, matching nightstands, and a themed quilt. Each bedroom has its own access to the outside, and only seconds to the bike trail. There are two full bathrooms on this level. The bathroom between the two bedrooms has a jetted tub/shower combo. The other bathroom has a large walk-in hand-tiled shower. Both baths have upscale vanities. The lower level will sleep up to eight guests.

The full wrap-around deck will be a big hit with majestic mountain views from all sides. You'll want to savor your morning cup of coffee outside and catch the deer grazing around the cabin. After a day of fun on the mountain, you can soak your bones in the eight-person hot tub that features Bluetooth music, several jet pattern settings, and LED lights. Follow the steps down to the custom-built fire pit where the crew will love making s'mores and memories while watching the sunset. The best part is the easy access to the trails.
