There is a welcoming screened front porch with rockers for two and a swing that overlooks a lush, landscaped, whimsical yard—a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Step inside to a spacious open floor plan that combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The living room is open and airy with vaulted ceilings, two large sofas, and a club chair, providing plenty of seating for all. A flat-screen TV is located in the armoire.

The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six, with additional seating for three at the kitchen bar.

The kitchen features granite countertops, a six-burner electric stovetop, plenty of cabinets, storage, and all the cooking supplies needed for family dinners at home. Just off the living room is an additional rear screened-in porch with a lounge area, including a large sofa and two rocker club chairs—an ideal spot for an evening cocktail while overlooking the tree-lined backyard with a white picket fence. The yard also features outdoor dining on a picnic table. A boardwalk leads to a white sandy footpath that provides direct access to the beach.
