The villa is placed in a private and exclusive venue surrounded by olive, pine trees and stunning sea views from everywhere. Thanks to the 14 rooms, all with Air conditioning, and many facilities it is the perfect place for a big family holiday, relaxing wellness retreat, family events, company offsite (meeting room for 30 x) or yoga retreats (80 sqm indoor room)

Property of 4 Hectares with green gardens and private forest, private swimming pool of 25x12m (82x39 ft) with porch, own basquet and football fields, lounges with fireplace, Steinway piano and billiard table, TV room, kitchen with spectacular views, and fully equipped with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, two induction cookers , all necessary utensils, large oven, microwave, two coffee makers, etc. Laundry with washer, dryer and iron, food storage room with freezer. Wifi with optic fiber throughout all the house. Porch-dining room with wonderful sea view with capacity for 30 people, gas barbecue. Outdoor tables and chairs for outing dinners. Large indoor and outdoor parking. The property is part of the Villa Blanca private estate, which covers an area of over 10 hectares (25 acres), and was purchased in 1940 by the current owner’s grandfather .
At 5 minutes from the house, tennis courts, paddle and marina club with water sports (sailing, rowing, paddle surfing, boating etc) and air soft field for teambuilding activities. 15 minutes walking to get a nice long beach. Supermarkets and restaurants close to the villa. Possibility to order catering service.

Amazing experience

The villa is absolutely gorgeous, located in a beautiful village. Going to Barcelona with public transport is quite a journey but still very doable, and very easy if you have a car. The owner is lovely, extremely helpful, and always available.

A perfect stay

Absolutely stunning villa with fantastic outside space including the biggest pool I’ve ever seen in a villa- which we made the most of during our stay We were a group of 21 friends celebrating my 50th birthday and the villa was ideal - so much space, lots of bathrooms and some lovely big tables where we could all sit together for meals. The resort and beach was also lovely and walkable from the villa which was a real bonus. Helene was a great hostess who helped with anything we needed and put on a paella night for us which was absolutely delicious We loved our long weekend and will definitely try and come back -I’d highly recommend it to others

We had a lovely week in the house, everything was great. Helene was so good to deal with, from preparing our arrival to answering all our questions and helping with what ever we needed. The house has everything you need, great pool and plenty of activities for all ages.

Worth just for the view

My friends and I spent a long weekend there, most of us flew from London. The journey there was made easy by the manager, who provided specific instructions. Car is not needed, but there will be a bit of walking or expensive cabs fyi. The house is amazing, very comfortable, spacious, a lot of activities. I would recommend to it to anyone. Thank you to our hosts, great memories :)

Wonderful Villa for large groups!

We were a group of 30 work colleagues and there was more than enough space not to feel cramped. The villa has lots of amenities and is set up perfectly. Héléne was extremely helpful and went out of her way to provide us with everything we asked for! The whole family were beyond lovely! The whole process was seamless. We look forward to returning one day. One piece of advice would be to hire a car, as getting around the compound would be a lot easier.

Beautiful Villa

We were a group of 25 - 12 adults and 13 children (six families in total) and we booked the villa for a week. Helene, our host, couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and she was a pleasure to speak to. The villa is quite magnificent; superb grounds, huge swimming pool and grass football pitch in the grounds, tennis courts nearby, sea within 10 mins walking distance. Table tennis and table football in the shade. All ameneties covered. Both adults and children had a wonderful time and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending. We hope to be back another year!

Fabulous house, excellent service

We were a large group of 30 friends, including 16 children. We had a fantastic time! The property has large rooms and nice bathrooms. Plenty of space. Beautiful terraces with seaviews. Large garden with nice and big pool. Short walk to the beach and several restaurants. Helene was a great host, very helpful and accommodating! We would love to come back.

Ideal location and set up for business working weekend

The pre arrival contact and information was excellent and upon arrival the house was as good as the description and photographs suggest. Our transfer bus had problems finding it but when we used the instructions sent by the owner we soon sorted that, so lesson learned, even if you share the instructions with a taxi/transfer firm remember to have them with you too! Helene met us on arrival and did the usual show round and rules of the house, all really helpful. We used the main sitting room for meetings where the internet was good and we could bring seating in from the balcony and connect to the TV for presentations. We used the outside basketball court and the football pitch for team building and although we had mixed weather the pools was used by some team members too. Its a great size! There is loads of storage space and fridge and freezer space and a separate kitchen for breakfast. The only suggestion we would make from a team perspective is we had to google how to play billiards and soon lost interest in the game, maybe a pool table would be better for group and family activities :) The segregation of bedrooms for mixed groups and the ability to breakout into different work areas worked really well for us and I really can't fault this, we will almost certainly be back if you will have us. A couple of learnings for us The nearest facilities are quite a walk away so we would have a least 1 car for running around next time. This includes the walk to the communal bins. Getting Carrefour to deliver a significant online shop is a nightmare and we had our order cancelled twice. I would suggest speaking to Helene and asking them to shop on your behalf or use their account, it might work out and the order may go through this way. But none of the above are due to the property or the owner, just for any future potential renters to be aware. All in all a well equipped fantastic Villa and would recommend to any large groups for business of for pleasure Thanks Helene

Fabulous large villa

We were a large group...31 people with age range from 17-60 The villa was in a great location and it was good to be able to walk to the beach and the restaurants and bars so not having to use a car The villa was very spacious...although we didn't use any of the indoor lounges as we were outside all the time The pool was fabulous...a great size and inceredibly clean the whole time. The back bedrooms were very hot although I understand a/c will be in them next year As we were 31 people...the maximum..it did mean that there were 8 youngsters sharing the one room with only 1 bathroom and also meant that the other bedrooms were sharing bathrooms We had a great paella evening and the BBQ evening was just amazing The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything and even with 31 people we never ran out of plates, glasses etc We also appreciated the prompt return of our deposit Many thanks, a great holiday

Great villa for large group holiday

Excellent holiday mansion for 26 people from 7 families and friends having a celebration of many 50th birthdays! Helene was a great help as the owner in sending us information, assisting arrangements beforehand and when we were here. She could also help with organising large catering for meals and local taxis (neither of which we actually used, but it is very helpful to know.) Helene can provide login to Carrefour supermarket to deliver on arrrival day (and throughout the holiday). Easy to use website just like Tesco/Ocado. Plenty of space, large rooms, high quality and well fitted out. The terraces were great to sit out day and night, with sea views. And the pool and diving platform was the centre of use every day. The summer heatwave made most of Europe swelter during the end of July/ start of August, so the air con in the living/tv/billiard room was much appreciated. The bedrooms facing south to the sea had aircon, but the rooms to the rear, facing the woods did not, and were still very hot at night even with a fan in each room. There are plans to add aircon to these in 2019. We easily walked to the beach, restaurants and cafes in 20-25 minutes. About half an hour to the station for cheap frequent trains into Barcelona. Buy a zone 3 T-10 ticket for 27.40 Euro (from the station here at St Andreu Llaverene or incoming at the airport) and legitimately share the carnet ticket between you at 2.70E a trip. Good value for 1.75 hours journey and changes. There is a free car park at St Andreu station. So - just book it and enjoy!

Fantastic place for us to stay. 6 different families meeting up from around the world!

Helene was a brilliant hostess. She helped organise our shopping, cooking and evening out. Jordi the chef was great and our evening out for dinner with 13 children was perfect. Surroundings and space all good. Definitely recommended.

Fabulous house, excellent service

We stayed at the house as a group of 21 friends (including 4 children) and had an excellent time. Loads of space for us to relax, and we managed a wonderful day by the pool making the most of the best day during late April weather. All the bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and there were lots of comfortable areas to lounge about in and catch up with friends. We ate very well, from the local supermarkets and restaurants, as well as a paella evening prepared by our hosts. Helene did a great job of looking after us - helpful but not intrusive at all. Would highly recommend the property and the area.

Perfect weekend

We took our company to Casa Vila Reyes for a long weekend, which could not have been better for us. The house was big enough to comfortably accommodate all 36 of us. The villa was really clean and modern and had amazing views to the sea. Juan and Helene with their crew were extremely helpful before and throughout the trip. They helped to arrange catering for dinners and breakfasts and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend Casa Vila Reyes!

Fantastic stay for large groups

Everything about the stay was great. Communicated with the host months in advance. Received many recommendations for the stay including services for a large group. Great welcome packet. Had a few minor issues with equipment at the Villa which were fixed quickly. The Villa grounds are huge and we'll maintained. Host was also very understanding of some of our group difficulties including different arrival times for check in.

Exceptional Villa experience with thoughtful amenities

For our fifth workation, we picked this villa and it's been our best choice so far. Housing 25 adults, it met all our needs: comfortable sleeping arrangements, ample bathrooms, work and seating spaces, and relaxation areas, including a great pool, soccer field, and terraces on a scenic estate. It's a 15-minute walk from the beach and 40 minutes by car from Barcelona. The owners are responsive and proactive. The well-equipped kitchen had everything from a Nespresso machine to gas barbecues. A missing hand blender was quickly provided by the owners. Local amenities are superb with supermarkets, bakeries, fresh fish shops, and restaurants. A note: supermarkets close on Sundays, but we enjoyed fresh morning deliveries from a local baker. Parking is plentiful. Most of us arrived by a private bus, but there's also a nearby train station. As a digital agency, we brought our own WiFi access points, which proved beneficial, but for most, the villa's WiFi should suffice. A heads-up: there were many mosquitoes, so bring repellent. The villa also promotes good waste separation practices. Given the facilities and experience, the price-quality ratio is excellent. A memorable stay!

Family reunion gatherin

We had a wonderful stay. The grandkids age 2-16 loved the very large pool. We played soccer, walked to the beach, had a Paella meal cooked in. It was all superb for us. Helene went out of her way to be helpful.

Great stay for our big family

We found the property working great, even we where a very large group. The pool area is huge and really great and nice temperature. Also the service communication before and during our stay with Helene was very satisfying :-), and we for sure plan to come back.

In 1965 our father built this house on a property of 10 hectares acquired by our grandfather in 1940. It was the summer place of our large family for over 40 years. In every corner of the garden we remind memories of our childhood. We have been very happy here, and we hope you also will enjoy it .
