Sugar Beach 308 är en två våningar lägenhet med sovrum och master bad på övervåningen. Vardagsrummet, ett badrum, fullt utrustat kök plus en tvättmaskin och torktumlare ligger alla på huvudnivå. Dessa lägenheter har utsikt över tennisbanan. Beläget i mitten av byggnaden på östra sidan av 3: e våningen i Sugar Beach Condominiums med cirka 616 kvm. Det är en perfekt liten tillflyktsort. Hela lägenheten har renoverats med trä-utseende golv i hela, köket har alla nya rostfria apparater i granit bänkskivor. Båda badrummen har alla kaklade duschar och nya fåfängar i granit. Vardagsrummet och befälhavaren har platt-TV med en queen size-säng i master och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.

Sugar Beach Condominiums ligger ungefär 3. 6 mil öster om motorväg 59. Fastigheten har 3 utomhuspooler, tennisbana, barnpool, grillplats och snackbar.

Beachy keen!

Photos represent the property well. Space was adequate for the two of us. The bed was uncomfortable and the kitchen could be better stocked with utensils & dishes. Having laundry in the space was quite helpful.

No steps to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was great! Having two bathrooms was a plus! No steps to the beach from the boardwalk. Water and beach was great the whole week we were there. The condo building is older and had drainage issues when it rained. One of the two elevators went out a couple of days before we left so it made for a difficult checkout for sure. Maintenance needs to step it up on this building but the location was a delight.

Fun vacation

The bed upstairs however, was like sleeping on a box spring... very comfortable. We also do wish there was a broom in the rental to help with sand control from the beach. The elevator needs updating as well as the door closed so quickly it wouldn’t even stop for an arm out. Overall it was a nice trip and affordable.

Great Location

Location was ideal for relaxing on the beach with the kids. Very close to everything that Gulf Shores has to offer as well as orange beach. We were able to cross the street and ride bikes on the beautiful Gulf Shores State Park trails. Pool was clean and heated. Condo was small for 2 adults and 2 kids. Lacked storage space downstairs for kids clothing. Semi-private master loft bedroom had a double bed and private bathroom which was ideal. Downstairs furniture is outdated and unattractive but does the job. Porch door was difficult to open and close. Laminate floor not glued down and slides in places. We loved having a small kitchen and washer/dryer so close to the beach. Easy location to find and parking was always available.

Great Getaway

Such a cute updated condo! It was pretty clean and smelled clean when walking in. The location was great. It was the perfect size for a family of 4 having a long weekend at the beach. The only dislikes was not having any storage downstairs for clothes, the curtains weren’t hung upstairs, and 2 of the 3 stools were broken and couldn’t be used. We would definitely stay again!

Cute condo, but missed the cleanliness mark

This condo is updated and is so cute! Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness was its downfall. There was also a shortage of blankets/pillows, drinking glasses, coffee cups, cooking utensils, pots and pans. The few pots and pans that we did have were awful! Food stuck to the bottom even if we used Pam or butter. We did call the management office and and they quickly delivered linens and dishware. The curtains going onto the balcony had a large stain smeared across them which could have been chocolate or blood. These same stains were also on the couch. Our bed sheets were covered with sand BEFORE we even went to the beach. There was stuff smeared on the walls in the living area and bathrooms. The baseboards were filthy as well. We did notify the management company of these cleanliness concerns. We've been staying at Sugar Beach for almost 20 years and this was by far our most disgusting experience. The condo is precious, but needs an intense deep cleaning.
