Overall a great place, lots of space,close to Safeway,Dollarama.Luxurious in many ways but needs more dishes,nightstands and lamps in bedrooms.Had a wonderful time, great beds!

Lovely condo with great views of downtown Winnipeg. It was also huge. All kitchen appliances are modern and updated. Bathroom were very clean. Will definitely book with Nick again when I’m back in town. Thank you!!
Beauitful living space that lacked bedroom furnishings, no night stand or lamp except for the master bedroom and that lamp wobbled like it would fall a part.
Booked and paid in full 6 months in advance for 6 seniors at this property for my son’s wedding. 1 day before we were to leave to fly we received a cancellation. We were told someone from Vrbo would be in touch and we were urgent for the booking team. We heard nothing until the morning we were to check in. We had to book into a hotel which cost about twice as much plus all the expense of eating out. Awful, awful experience with this host and Vrbo.
We are a family of three adults who spent 4 nights in this enormous condo. We were visiting family in Winnipeg and the unit was our home away from their home. The building and parking area felt very secure and the amenities listed on the VRBO listing were accurate. If we were to make one very small recommendation, it would be to have more lush, matching towels sets for each bathroom. This would just add to the overall feeling of quality that this listing provided. Our communication with both the owner and the site manager were excellent and we would happily return.
We were visiting for a family wedding in downtown Winnipeg. This condo was less than 10 minutes from the venue and only 20 minutes away from everywhere else we went. The condo is huge and there is a beautiful view.
Awesome Place and Location, Furnishings could Improve
Beautiful Penthouse with a very, very large space (pictures do not do it justice). The fridge and appliances are very top of the line.
The windows were beautiful and offered an awesome view!
We wish there was a way to shade the windows during the night/ times when sun glare is a problem.
The furnishings in the penthouse are cheap, sparse and not very sturdy or comfortable but the beds are fine! Linens are okay, but could be better. Towels are very small and few in number.
By in large though, awesome property! Would definitely rent again, I'd just bring some towels lol.

Disappointed we had to go downstairs to let guests in. Feel an intercom system would be beneficial. The windows were all in need of a cleaning. Windows in living/kitchen area face south and west and need blinds as it gets too hot and sunny causing the air conditioning to run non stop. Difficult to eat or play cards at the table in late afternoon for this reason. The stove & oven racks in need of cleaning. Vegetable dinner bowls to serve food would be appreciated. Side tables in bedrooms would be appreciated. We were not able to watch the football game between Sask & Wpg on the tv was disappointing. The accommodation is big, bedding & bathrooms clean, location good.
We (my wife & I, and our adult children, son & daughter) stayed at Nick's property. It is as advertised and shown in the pictures. It is very spacious ( I am guessing possibly 1600 - 1700 square feet). It is on the upper floor(4th floor) on one of the main routes through St. Boniface. Even though it is on a main route it was very quiet. It has a large master bedroom ensuite bathroom with walkin shower, jetted jacuzzi bathtub and double sink. The hallway washroom is also the same except regular bathtub. There is a half bath just off of the kitchen area. The living room/kitchen/dining area is open concept and with the 10 foot ceilings and many bright windows is very nice to relax in. All appliances are very high end and beautiful engineered quartz topped island are fantastic. It has a BBQ which we used for one of our evening meals. There is a main floor gym. It also has a secured parking stall.
The location in Winnipeg/St. Boniface is also a plus. It is easy access to all major routes in Winnipeg and it's attractions. Easy access to downtown and all the downtown attractions. There are many close by dining establishments. It is a half block away from a Safeway grocery store and Shell Gas station.
Nick was very gracious and showed us what the keys were for and how everything operated. He indicated we could text him at anytime for help or instructions. His opening tour and instructions were very good and we did not have to bother him for the week stay.
It would be nice if there were some night tables or folding suitcase stands in the bedrooms. That still does not detract from our 5 star rating of this luxurious unit.

The suite is literally huge. I almost felt like I was visiting a giant's home. The Property manager is excellent, very anxious to ensure guests can find the place and check in smoothly. Very informative about essentials. Reasonably close to downtown, and other amenities. Well kept. Fairly quiet.
The interior temperature when we checked in was 27.5 degrees C; it took hours to cool it off. That was the only real complaint that we had.

Unsympathetic owners
The property itself is a very large nice condo, but it was not stocked very well. If you planned on doing any cooking there it would be tough to do. Not enough linens for all the bedrooms.Not stocked in terms of shampoo, kitchen stuff, etc like it says. Frustrating during the Coronavirus pandemic, we had our function in Winnipeg cancelled on very short notice so we had all flown to Winnipeg, and had the condo booked for 4 nights but only ended up staying one night as the event was cancelled. The owners wouldn't cut us a break at all on the cost for the condo, not even one nights rent. Kind of a dick move with the situation we were all facing!!

Nick was very excellent to deal with. The penthouse is gorgeous and has beautiful window space. Located close to so many things. We will definitely be back to this penthouse many more times in the future
Check in was easy, met us there on time.
Building safe and secure, parking a bit tight in garage if you have a large vehicle like a truck but outdoor parking available as well. The Penthouse suite was spectacular, high end appliances and finishes throughout. Nice, quiet and super clean place. You have to see it to believe it. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
