Detta är en lägenhet på första våningen i Elmwood Village. Byggt 1898 och har underhållits vackert. Det är steg till affärer, restauranger, barer, gallerier och roligt. 3-4 kvarter från lördagens bondemarknad och Lexington Food Co-op, nära Buffalo State College och Canisius College. 20-25 minuters bilresa till Niagara Falls, 4 miles från Canalside, Buffalo fantastiska hamn vid vattnet. 1 mil till Delaware-parken, med konstgalleri, japansk trädgård, sjö med hyra av båtar, jazz i parken.

Detta hem är över hundra år gammalt och har trävaror och vackra trägolv. På grund av dess ålder finns det bara ett badrum. Det finns utanför gatuparkering (2 utrymmen) bakom huset men det är en smal uppfart. Stora lastbilar, förorter etc. passar inte. Det finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare som du kan använda i källaren. Det finns 32 "TV i vardagsrummet och alla tre sovrummen. Varje sovrum har en fönsterenhet A / C men huvudbostaden har bara fläktar och stora fönster som alla öppnar.

Weekend trip for Bills gamw

I stayed in this great house with my daughter and her friends for the weekend to see a Bills game and enjoy Buffalo. The house is perfectly located 2 min from Elmwood Village, which has great shopping and food. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and very walkable. The house gives plenty of rooms and beds for everyone - we didn’t even use the “extra” room with 2 twin beds. Beuatiful older home with hardwood everywhere. We loved this home and will definitely try to come back in future years when we visit Buffalo.

Great location, charming apartment.

Cozy, reasonably priced apartment with ample amenities. Great location as well. The driveway is a bit narrow, but manageable with any mid size vehicle. Check in was easy and the host was amicable. Highly recommended!

Okay for large family

This three bedroom apartment would be great for a large family group. It didn't work especially well for two older travelers. The sidewalk and stairs leading to the front porch, where we were instructed to go in, had not been shoveled and were very icy. The lock box was not easy to use. And it took quite a while to get ahold of the host to actually get the code to get into the lockbox. It was clean and had a relatively comfortable bed. We didn't use many of the amenities.

Perfect for Our Group

A group of 6 girlfriends went to a concert downtown. Great location and comfortable old house. We had cocktails and snacks at the house before the concert, walked to the train station which is less than a mile away and then Ubered back to avoid concert parking and traffic. Very convenient. The house had plenty of room for all of us. Only thing missing was napkins or paper towels. We did brave the driveway, but would never try it in the winter! Overall we had a great stay!

Great location!

Most important... location and economical with 4 separate bedrooms. The furnishings and bathroom are functional but tired and dated. Fresh paint, new blinds and less fussy decor would be an improvement. Everything was clean, but the linens were highly scented with laundry product in case you are sensitive.

Great walkable location near Elmwood Village

Location was great, quick walk to Elmwood for coffee every morning. Quiet neighborhood for the most part, mix of families, visitors and young professionals. Property was spacious - could comfortably sleep 8, beds were comfy, beautiful woodwork throughout. Could use some cosmetic updates in the bedrooms and bathroom and yes, the driveway is extremely and intimidatingly narrow so if we could find street parking we opted for it. Owner was super responsive with one issue we had with entry code. I'd definitely rent this property in the future!

Great Location

The house is quaint but comfortable. Love the location! There is a coffee shop, sandwich place, and ice cream parlor within walking distance. The house is convenient to sites in Buffalo and only 30 minutes to Niagara Falls.

Our Family Stay 😃

My sister & her grandson & I had a wonderful time staying at your apartment. We discovered ourselves that the bathtub is Very Slow at draining & that the chair in the dining room, at the end of the table (closest to the window) is missing the center part, the "seat" itself. Obviously, we didn't notify you, we were too busy enjoying ourselves, and you probably already know 😉 And, it wasn't a huge deal breaker for us - lol! Overall Experience- absolutely fantastic!!! Next time I visit my family in Buffalo overnight, I will Definitely Reach Out to You First!!! Thanks so much for having us!

House is great and the location was perfect for us.

We enjoyed the Luke Combs concert this weekend and the house has a nice location and the local grocery stores are very nice and clean areas. The house doesn't have any utensils so we did have to share plastic ones for the weekend and the oven is too small to use the provided cooking sheets so maybe bring your own kitchen items if you do need to cook in the kitchen.

Exactly as described- convenient location

Owner was very receptive to a couple issues, which were very quickly resolved despite it being Christmas weekend. The house is spacious and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Fine place in a great neighborhood

My wife and I stayed here for the month of September, 2023. The flat was just what we needed for a long stay - decent, well equipped kitchen, lots of room, etc. The neighborhood was great. (I lived nearby for a few years as a toddler and again for a decade after graduating from college, so maybe I'm prejudiced.) Good shops and restaurants nearby, and some superb cultural institutions, including the newly expanded Albright Know.
