Adams Guest Full House, King Williams Area, Southtown

This cozy extraordinary 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is perfectly located in the Historical King Williams Area. Lovely streets and a five minute walk to great restaurants, bars and the Riverwalk. Southtown area is the best location for anything happening downtown, convention center, Tower of the Americas, The Alamo.
Especially perfect for Uber/Lyft guests or you can just walk.
Both bedroom have a queen sized beds with crisp linens. There is a dinning table in the in the main house ,perfect for breakfast or to work on. The second room also has a table and its own mini fridge and microwave for those couples that don't like to share. 😀
Each have beautiful bathrooms which are clean and bright with a walking in showers.
There are 3 TVs, each bed room has their own and there is one in the living room.
A fabulous BBQ area is the with a fire pit. A great place to enjoy the lovely night air.

Quiet Peaceful San Antonio

Wonderful accommodations is historic King William area. We enjoyed everything about this 2 bd, 2 ba home and Beverley was such a gracious owner. Hope to come back again soon. Highly recommend!

Family trip

The property is quite impressive. Close enough to all the great places San Antonio has to offer especially the River Walk. The guest house is very adequate with a very nice outside kitchen and sitting area equipped with a nice grill and fridge. I would definitely go back.

Girls Weekend

What a stunning space! Relaxing and cozy. The beds are both ridiculously comfortable!!! The owners thought about all the extras to have on hand from coffee to soaps to comfy throw blankets. The Riverwalk area is just down the road so everything is in walking distance. Wonderful wonderful place!!!!

Sanctuary in the city

Great set-up of the house with bedrooms/baths on separate sides of the house so you don't disturb each other if you're on different sleep schedules. Beverley was kind enough to offer us a tour of her beautiful home on the same property. Great outdoor space that made us feel like we had our own private park.

The property is exactly as pictured, beautiful, very clean, close proximity to so many attractions but private in a beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood. The host was quick to respond to our questions and needs. We highly recommend staying here when visiting San Antonio.

Air Force Graduation

Great neighborhood

We chose this property because of the location and it didn’t disappoint. Great accessibilty to restaurants, coffee and park. Love walking around the area. Is in the historic and residential King William district.

In the heart

In the heart of old San Antonio‘s elite housing area. Stay behind a wonderful old mansion with a great privacy and just blocks to great food and drink. Take the river walk all the way to the Pearl brewery if you want. Very clean and well cared for
