Casa Blanca Golf Villas es Rocky Point Resort que vive en su máxima expresión por solo $ 139. 00 por noche no festivo. Duerme 6. Ubicado en la playa en la famosa comunidad planificada de Sandy Beach Resorts de Puerto Peñasco, Rocky Point, encontrará esta ubicación ideal. Venga a visitar, relajarse y disfrutar de la vida al máximo. Cada Casa Blanca Golf Villa tiene una hermosa vista del Mar de Cortés, así como nuestra área del parque central.

Hay aproximadamente 15 acres, incluyendo más de 5 acres de espectacular parque oasis en el desierto con emocionantes comodidades. Los lujosos condominios y las impresionantes villas comunitarias en la playa se encuentran junto al océano. (Nota, la cuarta piscina aún está en construcción).

Hay un campo de golf profesional de 18 hoyos disponible, gratis para inquilinos. Los terrenos tienen 3 piscinas y áreas de descanso, una ubicada justo debajo del balcón del condominio. Varias áreas de picnic a la parrilla de gas con palapas, cancha de voleibol y áreas adicionales de cabaña para grupos más grandes. Hay un bonito camino pavimentado que conduce a un fácil acceso a la playa a una maravillosa playa de arena. it's ok i book for 7 people . seven friends only no spouses . only one king sixe bed one queens beds and a sofa bed . so why they advertised for seven people????? we was on ly five friends when fishing .. over rate they shoeul doing that advertised .

Beach getaway

We loved our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Only down side was being on the 2nd floor which was miss leading by looking at pictures. We were thrilled that Casa Blanca has finally started adding to their amenities, the resort grounds were great.

Quick and easy getaway

Nicely equipped some items were a little old, the blender was cracked, but honestly it had everything we needed for a nice relaxing getaway!! Loved having access to a washer and dryer. Loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening enjoying the music.

You have to keep in mind that most go to Rocky Point to let loose. This property was great. close to the beach. great on site restaurant. pool side bar. You can hear the music from the Sky Lounge until about 11. Security does a good job trying to limit noise after 12. walls are thin so keep that in mind. highly recommend this property. Close to golf and a few minutes drive to the touristy places.

Great vacation spot

Perfect location right in front of the swimming pools and a couple steps away from the beach. You have your own parking spot in front of the condo. The condo it’s self was comfy nice and clean I would definitely book again.

Celebrating Summer Break

We loved the convenient location and easy access to the beach. Loved that it was close to pools and our kids had fun playing golf! Cute beach decor, comfortable furniture and plenty of extras to use in the closet (if needed).

Great Getaway!

Our group consisted of 5 guys in our golfing group but went to Rocky Point for a fishing trip. It was really windy so didn't get much fishing in but the resort for fantastic. The room was great, very clean, all of the beds were so comfortable. Loved that they had roll-away beds so that us guys didn't have to double up for sleeping. Really enjoyed the putting golf course and were playing that a lot. Also enjoyed the cornhole. It was a little cool for swimming so didn't do that but the pools looked very inviting. Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us. We will definitely be back!

Was a great stay. Loved the porch overlooking the compound. Great proximity to beach. All appliances worked well. Kitchen well stocked with supplies. King bed super comfortable. All in all fabulous stay.

Fall break

We stayed at Casa Blanca for a mini fall break vacation with my daughters & their children. The condo was very well supplied & clean. It had a sofa sleeper & 2 twin size roll away beds. Had 2 pools right below us & the beach was a short walk away. We had a great time & enjoyed our stay at the condo.

Great Stay for you & your Dog!

I've been going to Rocky point for a long time, but this time was different I found this place on Sandy beach that I'm able to bring my dog Luna. It was a great experience Self-Check-in, you have a reserved parking in front of the staircase. We forgot to bring beach chairs and we were happy to see the rental had chairs we could use. Big property to walk your dog. Host great at communicating back with me, very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again. If your 1st time coming it's a very tourist area a lot of options to eat by main strip or by Sonoran SEA/SPA Aswell as 2 places on the property. Pools open until 10pm, mini golf on the property.

Great get away

The condo was located in a very convenient location. The staff at the restaurant and bar were very pleasant. The condo had the feel of being on vacation but still feeling at home. Joann was very responsive and helpful with my guest situation and provided what we could allow in the development for passes. Will definitely reach out to stay again.

Nice get away to the beach and pools

Kids spent hours in the pool and made friends with other children. The ocean was warm like a bath. Sand dunes were 5 min down the road for riding.

awesome stay!

our first time on this property and we absolutely loved and enjoyed it, had all the amenities and some,really appreciated the electric grill! perfect location and property was very well maintained, our dog loved the pet friendly atmosphere, staff was very welcoming as well, overall 5 out of 5 stars from us! already planning our next trip back to this very same condo.

We enjoyed our visit. The condo was very nice our only issue was the condo was on the second floor and no elevator. I am handicapped so the second floor was a surprise but it wasn’t something we couldn’t overcome, and we loved the puffy bed.

Great location- missing personal touch

Great location and was so nice finding somewhere that allowed dogs as we had ours with us this trip. Communication with owner was spotty. Under the impression she was just not available to respond for whatever reason. They did have a very informative book that was useful and had favorite food spots. This rental feels like it's just that. Used for rentals. Has washer and dryer but no detergent. Has a dishwasher but had to hand wash because we were missing dishwasher detergent. Fridge and freezer needed some baking soda. Stinky. All of the lightbulbs were rather intense, giving corporate office vibes. All in all this place fit our needs and we didn't have any major issues but we would not rebook. It needs a walk through to handle these little things and personal touches.

Beautiful views and memories! Safety is number 1 for me. The condo is an hour from the border, & I felt comfortable driving there and back. The condo is in a safe community with 2 or 3 other properties. Communication is another big one. When I was arriving to the condo, the host was responsive & any questions I had, the host answered. I had a positive experience with my booking. Next, my family was going to ask me where to eat. There’s a restaurant called Colin’s cantina near the beach, & it’s family friendly. There’s a bar/bistro near the condo, but we only tried a beer there. Food looked good. We also tried the Argentinian steak house, which I really liked. We had to drive there because the department of tourism is still working on the sidewalks. We ate at changos, but we were overcharged. Activities: My kids loved swimming. The ocean was beautiful. The weather was perfect in April. Plenty of beach chairs available and we swam in the two pools that are heated. We went to el malecón, & we tried one restaurant. My family didn’t like it, but I did. It is a beautiful and safe place to take pictures with the Peñasco sign. My family also enjoyed watching YouTube & Netflix on the smart TV. We enjoyed a movie night as a family. There was parking on the side of the condo, & the parking spot available for you is in front of the condo, very convenient. The contract and parking spot will be emailed. We used the washer & dryer. Things we pack: water bottles, detergent & extra TP.
