A wonderful stay!

The cabin is cozy and equipped with everything we needed for a two-night stay! We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub, surrounded by the woods and creek. Highly recommended!

Beautiful girls weekend

Three moms got away for the weekend. We loved the cabin and property! So many beautiful touches inside and out. Everything you need is there! The hot tub was amazing and the hosts were fantastic! We will definitely book this stay again!

Beautiful Remote Cabin

My husband and I had an amazing time in this beautiful cabin in the woods. It is exactly as described and the pictures do not do it justice. The owners were so fabulous and we would love to stay here again.

Relaxing Getaway

For my birthday I just wanted to rent a cabin in the woods with a small group of friends to get out of the city and relax for a night and we did just that! The hot tub was great. I loved that the cabin was out in the woods and near a river. Everything was clean and well labeled.

Kitchen well stocked with all the utensils you need. Hot tub was very nice after are long hikes.

Excellent Property!

What a wonderful house on an amazing property! The house is very clean and cozy. We truly enjoyed the hot tub and walking down to the creek. Short drive to great hiking trails. Perfect stay!

Excellent remote experience!

My husband, son and I stayed for a few nights. The cabin is great—impeccably clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room and a great location for us. We were there primarily to unplug and the quiet remote location was perfect. The owner stopped by to great us and ask if we needed anything. We enjoyed the hot tub and walking down to the creek. We were told by several people that hiking was great at either of the nearby state parks, but due one of us having a knee injury, we will save that for next time. We plan to schedule another visit perhaps in the fall. We highly recommend it!

Cozy cabin

Very nice. We spent time hiking at the state parks each day and then returned to a nice cozy cabin to rest. Location was very convenient for us.

Friends Fall Getaway

Quaint, cozy, comfortable cabin full of easy charm; perfect for a few days away with old friends. We wanted to explore Shades and Turkey Run, so location was excellent. We'll be back and recommend to others.

Eagles Rise Cabin

Great getaway house near Turkey Run State Park and Shades State Park

This VRBO is very clean, spacious and with great scenery. I would recommend that if you are visiting that this location is a must stay.

The coziest Vrbo ever!

Our stay was nothing short of perfection! The cabin is beautiful, cozy, and relaxing. Our boys absolutely loved walking down to Sugar Creek to fish! The porch and surrounding outdoor areas are picture perfect.

Nice cabin, great location

Everything was clean and ready upon check-in. Owner was responsive in all communications and provided some good advice for kayaking and the area in general. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I live in Marshall, Indiana with our family. We both work in the local school systems and enjoy family time, the outdoors, and spending time with friends. Our desire is that all those who visit and call Eagles Rise their home away from home may find Hope, rest, and refreshment~all while enjoying the beauty of God’s creation. My husband bought this property 20 years ago and fell in love with the scenery. However, the cabin needed some TLC. Over the years, it has undergone extensive remodeling and we are excited to invite you as our guests to, we hope, enjoy a place we love and enjoy.
