Instead of dealing with a large resort with thousands of guest you will have your own private home with a private parking area, private pool with large patio, outdoor shower, hammock area, seating and tables for outdoor entertaining, fenced in yard, and all the amenities of home including washer and dryer! There’s a grill by the pool in case you want to cook some burgers, steaks, or locally caught seafood.

Great Getaway!

This house was in a great location-close to the beach, restaurants and shopping! Appreciated that the house was very clean! The furniture and bedding was comfortable! Will have to say that the lay out of the bedrooms was a little quirky but didn't take away from our enjoying the house. Always appreciate a rental willing to accept the four-legged member of our family! Our dog enjoyed the area designated for her! Will plan to stay here again in the future!

Great Holiday time with family

The beach house was perfect for our family from FL, Charleston and Upstate SC to meet up for some time together over the Holiday weekend.Although the weather was great and rainy we enjoyed a couple of walks on the beach which was just a quick walk from the house. The location was perfect, rooms and beds were all comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook some meals and even bake a home made cheesecake. Overall a great property

Absolutely wonderful stay!

The property was exactly what we needed to have our family together for the holidays. It had everything we could have needed and was just steps to the beach. We had no complaints. Previous reviews had mentioned low shower pressure in the back bedroom, there was plenty of shower pressure and to top it off, with a crew, the water was always super hot!! Every single one of us would absolutely stay here again!!! Thank you for making our holidays so memorable.

Spacious house

The home was itself gorgeous! We really liked the 2nd family room with the curtain. Beds were comfortable. Some of the dishes we used were not clean and had some dried food on them.In the master bedroom it sounded as if a tree was being cut down with a machete throughout the entire night every night. Not sure what that sound was from. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful home. Owners were exceptionally quick at responses.

We had the perfect stay. The short walk to the beach was our favorite part and the kids loved the pool! Accommodating hosts!

I love Hilton Head

The property itself was very nice. The hosts are excellent and respond in a very timely manner. The only thing I would say is the sleeping/bedrooms are not accurately described. The master bedroom has a king bed and a set of bunk beds. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a set of bunk bed with a larger bed on bottom. That bedroom also has the washer/dryer and hot water tank in it. It is very crowded and does not accommodate a couple comfortable. I would not consider the fourth bedroom a bedroom. It is a common area for the master and the second bedroom. It had a set of bunk beds. We had 3 couples and one child, so the sleeping arrangements were not conducive. I just think that should be corrected on VRBO. Other than that the I would highly recommend this property.

Quick trip

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. Booked last minute, but very much enjoyed the house. It was a short walk to the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed the personal pool. House was close to lots of dining options too. Might have to book this house again and bring our kids and grandkids since there is plenty of room!

Family summer vacation

The house is at a great location. A short walk gets you to the beach in no time. The house was one of the cleanest houses we have stayed at in Hilton Head over the past 15 years. The outdoor shower was nice to have and everyone enjoyed the pool. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect location; great amenities

This home rental was the best time we’ve had while visiting HHI. We’ve been bringing the dogs the last couple times and having a private home made all the difference. Having a fenced in area was perfect as well. The house is fully stocked with items to take to the beach (chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, wagon and coolers) which is a very short walk down the lane. I also enjoyed coming back from the beach and relaxing by the pool with my book. Lots of outdoor seating for the family as well. The hosts were super communicative. It was the perfect vacation!

Another Wonderful Visit

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was another wonderful visit. The property is in a great location and well provided for a fun and comfortable stay at the beach. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future!

Great Vacation House!

The house was exactly as described. Excellent owner communication. Quiet part of the beach was fantastic. Plenty of nice beach chairs and a beach cart to use. Very clean. A bit awkward for the middle bedroom. Recommend whoever gets up the earliest takes that one as you have to walk through it to get to the two other rooms (and master bath.) Pool was perfect. Great location close to Coligny. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

This house is an ideal location, just steps away from a private beach walkway — additionally, close to Coligny and just outside of the Sea Pines gate. With its location south of the circle, the beach is quiet and so enjoyable. The pool and yard are well maintained and the house comes with plenty of outdoor lounge chairs, tables and beach chairs. It has everything you need! The house itself would be tricky for more than 2 couples, as there are only 2 bathrooms(1 of which is very small). The extra beds seemed geared toward smaller kids, with plenty of sleeping space for them. The kitchen is well stocked and the house comes with lots of games and beach reads. The fact that this house allows dogs made our stay even better! There was plenty of space both indoors and outdoors for the dogs to enjoy. We searched far and wide for accommodations that would allow us to bring our fur babies and we feel like we found a needle in a haystack with this house! I would definitely recommend this house!

Great house close to the beach

We stayed here for Spring Break. It was close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. We rented bikes and rode to Coligny plaza daily in about 8 minutes. The house was clean and well stocked. The heated pool was small but nice and the teenagers enjoyed it. The only issue we had was the middle bedroom is not private, you have to walk through it to get to the other two bedrooms. We had teenagers in that room who were unhappy if they were woken up by this. Younger kids probably wouldn't be an issue. Overall a great week and would stay again!

This property is amazing! Just a couple houses from the beach!

Was amazing as well , they thought of everything for the stay ! We had a small group but house is set up for a larger group as well. And being pet friendly was the cherry on top!

Perfect Location For Quick and Easy Beach Access

Our family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay. The home is in the perfect location with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping while still being set in the middle of a quiet HHI neighborhood. There is so much room in the home to accommodate a much larger family than ours. Cleanliness is an important factor for us and this home was very clean. There are a large amount of beach necessities such as chairs, umbrellas, wagons, etc. They have thought of everything for a day at the beach. While it was too chilly for our family to make use of the pool on this trip, we would have definitely put it to good use in warmer weather. Everything was in good working order and the remodeled bathroom was quite nice. If we had one suggestion, it would be for something to be done about the hot water in the master bathroom shower. The water is lukewarm and as the days became chillier during our stay, our showers became more uncomfortable. It seems that the mixer on the shower handle may need some adjusting as there were no other issues with the rest of the home having hot water including the shower in the second bathroom. We purchased a small space heater hoping it would help but unfortunately it didn’t; the water just was not warm enough. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and would not hesitate to rent this home on a future HHI trip. The hosts were attentive and all in all we had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much for hosting our family.
