Our home is located on quiet, safe Whitemarsh Island, and the perfect location between the Tybee Island & Downtown Savannah, only 7 miles either way. On our tranquil neighborhood island, you can ride your bike or go on a stroll safely and secure, away from major traffic interference.
We are pleased to say this is a gay-friendly, smoke-free, one-story home, freshly renovated and designed by a professional Interior Designer to have a coastal island feel.

Amenities: See the full list of amenities available during your stay in the Amenities section. Feel free to use anything in the fridge and pantry. Please replenish, if you run out. Living room with a 4K Smart TV with preloaded apps such as Hulu and Netflix that you can log on with your own account, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Pets and Children: currently, on this listing, we are not allowing any pets. Sorry! The house is not child proof, so make provisions if you plan on bringing a child.
Arrival and Parking: the house has a large front yard in a quiet street, so plenty of space for parking on the driveway, and once you reserve it, you will receive a unique door code that will kick in at check in time, 4pm, and remain valid until check out time, 10am. The day before your arrival we will send you a message with further information on how to get to the house and into it.
Video surveillance in use: We have video surveillance outside the property for safety recording at all times. This is not a home for parties or events of any kind. Only the number of people listed in the reservation are permitted on the property or in the house. Failure to comply will result in your reservation being cancelled. We do not allow guests to bring guests or visitors.
Please remember: this is our home, so treat it like you would treat your grandmother's. We do not accept reservations from guests who live within 45 miles of Savannah. Violation of this will cancel your reservation immediately without a refund. Upon booking you will be required to sign and return the rental agreement/ contract prior to door code being sent.

Guests will need a vehicle as there is nothing within walking distance. Uber and Lyft are readily available.
