Light, bright updated townhome located off the Moab Golf Course! Relax in the oasis-like setting with wonderful shade trees and red rock views. Terrific outdoor space with wrap-around patio and gas bbq grill. Dark skies for the star-gazers.

Quality furnishings and decor. Central air conditioning for those warmer days and a gas fireplace for the chilly nights! The master bedroom and bath are on the main floor. The second floor has a second bath and two bedrooms (one with a full under a twin bunkbed) and one with a queen. The kitchen is fully equipped for the most demanding guest and cook. One-car garage for your use.

Solano Vallejo 3356 is your perfect launching point for adventure at Arches National Park (11 miles away), Sand Flats Recreation Area (6 miles) and numerous other amazing destinations. Hike, mountain bike, jeep or off-road practically out your backdoor on the scenic Steel Bender trail! Enjoy a soak in the seasonal pool as you unwind at the end of the day or take in a wine tasting at Spanish Valley vineyard just four miles away. Great Property

Property was just as described- it was clean, well stocked, and comfortable beds. We loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood- just close enough to town and Arches to be convenient, but just far enough away to be calm, quiet, and a great place to unwind after a busy day. Having access to the garage was a nice touch. We would stay here again for sure!

Perfect spot

Close to all the things we wanted to do and see but just enough out of town to be quiet and peaceful. Nice shady patio for an afternoon glass of wine. Communication was great and condo as described. Would stay here again next time.

Enjoyed our stay

We had everything we needed here. Kent, the host, was prompt in responding to all messages. My boys dirt bike, so having a garage with parking right in front was so convenient. Loved the large washer/dryer with space to hang dry clothes. There were plenty of dishes and utensils - enough so our family of four could have 2-3 meals before having to run it. Labeled light switches were extremely helpful. I saw lots of appliances, including a crock pot and blender. But, we only used the waffle iron which was a treat. The rooms had plenty of drawer space and 2 rooms had desks which came in handy. There were 3 remotes for the TV which was confusing because only the large one was needed for power and volume (suggestion to remove the other 2). Google chromecast worked fine on the family room TV; never used the other TVs, so cannot comment on those. We enjoyed Miguel’s, Thai Bella, and Milt’s - all recommended by Kent. Only suggestions would be to add a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, provide a dish sponge for the sink, and more towel bars in the bathrooms. Would have liked more pressure in the upstairs shower, but not bad. Also, water can get really hot, so just be careful with it at its max.Overall, we loved our stay here and would be happy to return. Thank you, Kent, for opening your home to us!

Loved the location - quiet area. Comfortable beds, cozy space. We enjoyed the outdoor patio in the morning. Garage is perfect for storing bikes. The main wIndows look out towards parking area so a bit less private than some of the other units in the complex, but it was fine.

Good base for a Moab visit

The condo was a good base for our visit to Moab. The location is good, complex is quiet and well maintained. There was plenty of space for our 4 people and the kitchen was well equipped. Communication with the owner and access was easy. It could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly, and we gave the owner a couple of ideas to improve the master bedroom comfort.

Moab weekend

We had a great time hiking in the Moab area. It is a great community, easy to navigate to many outdoor activities. We found the only downside of the condo was the lack of TV. After hiking all day we just wanted zone put on a movie and streaming was cumbersome for us. Whit that said we would stay there again. Thank you

Just what we needed

Moab is spectacular! This place was the perfect place to come to to rest and relax after a day in the hot Moab sun. Everything was provided to make meals, get cleaned up and rest. A/c, tv, comfy beds, nice open concept for mealtime. It was perfect. Large grassy area for the kids to run around and play. Grill for barbecue nice and clean. Outdoor seating in the shade was great in the middle of the day. We were a family of 7 and this place was the perfect size.

PERFECT MOAB UTV LOCATION

The property was very clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location in Moab.The house has everything you need and then some. The bed I slept on was very comfortable and good water pressure in the showers. Very close to all the trails for off road motorized vehicles. Even one trail within a mile at the end of the road. We would rent this place again and make it an annual event. The property manager was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. Thank you for letting us enjoy your house, hope to be back.

Great 9 Night Stay in Moab!

My wife & I spent just 9 nights in Moab & had an awesome time mt biking & hiking. The townhome was perfect for us. In particular, the complex was super quiet which helped getting a great night sleep. It had all we needed for a comfortable stay. We had one issue with the furnace and Kent the owner was very responsive with HVAC techs out the next day. He followed up several times to make sure all was well. There are 2 minor quirks that were not an issue for us but you should know about: 1. The large master bedroom on the ground floor does not have a closet. There is a closet in the hallway with the stackable washer/dryer that had plenty of room so it worked for us. 2. The garage is not very wide so if you have a full size SUV it can fit but not by much. It was perfect for storing our mt bikes & gear and there is a small driveway right in front where we parked overnight. Neither of these would keep us from renting this house again. It made the perfect base camp for a wonderful week of outdoor fun.

As advertised

Condo was vey nice. Location was perfect Had everything expected for family vacation. The water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was to be desired. Condo could have other choices than Google chromecast for TV, so that you could at least watch local channels, for a couple of hours after a long day of sightseeing.around Moab.
