The Rambling Hideaway is a sprawling 4500 sq foot ranch style house with 6 bedrooms, 11 Beds, sleeps 16. Large heated pool, shuffleboard table, fire pit, fire table, big common areas, large yard space, 2 BBQ Grills, 4 TVs + Bose Speakers in the common rooms. Located in red hot Union Pier MI, 90 minutes from Chicago. Perfect for 1-3 families. Also could be great as home base for wine touring, brew pub touring, Notre Dame Football weekends. Seven day Min stay for summer. High speed wifi and internet works great throughout the massive compound.

This house is perfect for multi-generational family groups. Have had 6 different groups during summer of 2023 (Grandparents + Adult kids + kids) and all have loved the house, given 5 star ratings.

The Rambling Hideaway Details:
The house is a rambling ranch consisting of two wings - both wings have 3 bedrooms each, and there is a large common area in the middle.
Wing 1 has a master bedroom with; flat screen TV, Comcast Xfinity cable service, large bathroom with large shower and whirlpool bathtub. This wing also has two additional Bedrooms.

Wing 2 has a custom-made double bunk bed (2 full-size beds on the bottom and 2 singles on the top.) This a a great room for kids - has a flat screen TV. This wing also has two additional stylish Bedrooms and a full, new bathroom.

The two wings are separated by large common areas that include:
An enormous great room with two-story wall of windows, fire place, open dining room and dining room table, a 12 foot Brunswick shuffleboard table. A Sun room with 3 walls of windows and skylights, flat screen TV. A large sunny eat-in kitchen with everything you need to cook. A laundry room with new washer and dryer. 1/2 Bath.

The house has Bose Soundtouch speakers in the common rooms and great Wifi throughout.

Outside there are two large areas - one off the kitchen that has an outdoor patio, table and Weber gas grill.

The other area has a pool (deep end and shallow end) and a water basketball hoop, plenty of lounge chairs, outdoor table/umbrella, fire table/chairs, a spike ball game, ping pong table, Bocce ball, cornhole.

The yard has plenty of play areas and is surrounded by beautiful trees. We often have deer and wild turkeys visiting the ample front yard, and you feel that you are away from everything!

Guests have loved our house. We have received all 5 Star Reviews. The common comment is 'the place was even better than we imagined' which is exactly what you want in any guest experience!
