Denna charmiga rustika stuga ligger en minuts promenad till en vacker stenstrand som ligger 450 m bort. I vackra Hulls Cove. Du kan gå i miles. Gå till grottor som heter "The Oven's" http: // leavetheworldbelow. blogspot. com / 2017/10 / den-devils-ugn-mount-öken-ö. htmlDet är fem minuter till centrala Bar Harbor och tre minuter till Hulls Cove Park Entrance. Det är en fem minuters promenad till gratis transfer (The Island Explorer) Far Niente är lugnt och tyst. Den har en härlig däck omgiven av tallar där du kan koppla av och ha en grill efter din dag i parken. Far Niente (som betyder "att göra ingenting") är utrustad med alla bekvämligheter. Far Niente är en vacker stuga i skogen, och ja, vi har en tillfällig insektsbesökare.

Adorable cottage and attentive host

The cottage was a great time for my partner and I. We wanted a relaxing getaway for our anniversary and this place provided just that! Very close to Bar Harbor and fairly easy to navigate the area. John stayed in touch and truly showed that he wanted us to have a great stay!

Cozy Cabin in the woods

We enjoyed a long winter weekend in Acadia. Far Niente cabin lived up to its name “do nothing” reminding us to relax as sometimes the best adventures come in the quiet moments spent in nature. Wonderful host John provided us with recommendations for activities and restaurants. Cabin was clean and we loved the cozy fireplace. We look forward to visiting again!

Fantastic stay!!

The cottage is so cute and cozy. Exactly as described and stocked with what any visitor might need. The host was communicative and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bar Harbor! Just outside town and 15-20 minutes from the national park. Thanks for everything! Helped make my visit trip to Maine amazing

Lovely getaway

Tucked away from the touristy hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor but still a quick drive/trip on the free shuttle to town and Acadia National Park, this gorgeous cottage has style and personality. We loved our stay both times we’ve been. It’s the perfect retreat.

Wonderful Time

The property was "as advertised". John was very much in communication via text with suggestions on enjoying the Bar Harbor area, which was much appreciative. The property was very clean and the location was great and convenient to both the town as well as different parts of Acadia NP. We stayed here 5 years ago and when we come back to the area we will stay there again.

Fantastic location near Acadia

I would 100% stay here again. It was a lovely location and super well appointed and comfortable cabin. Communication with John was smooth and easy. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Cozy stay on MDI

Truly lovely house and property. We enjoyed all of its features—even down to its design, color scheme, and general vibe. Did some yoga on the deck, some hanging out at night in the living area. Easy hike down to the beach nearby. Sometimes we cooked, sometimes we went out. Close to Bar Harbor town center and entrance to Acadia.
