Step outside and enjoy the Tahoe air or an easy summer BBQ – outdoor table and chairs and BBQ weather permitting. Cook a gourmet meal in this fully equipped kitchen decked out with granite slab counters, stainless appliances and gas range. Dining table will accommodate 6 and seats at the bar for 4 more. The upstairs primary bedroom offers a luxurious king bed and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, stall shower and large soaking tub.
Downstairs offers a separate family room with TV and slider that leads to the hot tub outside. This room has an American queen leather sleeper sofa which is quite comfortable. There is a hall bathroom with tub/shower and two additional bedrooms with 2 queens in one room and a bunk (2 twins) and a full bed in the other.
There is also a large 2-car garage with extended clearance for car roof boxes or ski racks! The driveway is a bit steep, and you can park 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 vehicles in the garage.
The Talmont Estates neighborhood offers easy access to trails to Paige Meadows for hiking and mountain biking in summer and cross-country skiing or snowshoeing in winter. This home is close to Tahoe City and within 10 minutes of epic skiing at Palisades/Alpine Ski Resort and Homewood Mountain Resort. It's also within driving distance to and has access to the popular Tahoe Park Private Beach, offering over 3 acres of lakefront amenities, including picnic tables, kids' play area, horseshoe pits, bocce ball, a volleyball court, a basketball court, two piers, a swim area and more.
This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is from 9pm-8am. Thanks for your cooperation!
There is an electric fence system at this house to protect it from bears when unoccupied. Detailed instructions will be given to you once booked.
Cleaning fee includes linens, towels, and spa cleaning. You may want to bring spa/beach towels, as those are not provided.
