Vilken charmig stuga detta är! Ligger precis vid Palm Blvd, det är en snabb promenad till stranden! och de populära Ocean Blvd-butikerna och restaurangerna. Detta tre sovrum, 2 badrum hem har allt du behöver för den perfekta strandsemester!

När du kommer in hälsas du med ett vackert dekorerat vardagsrum och matsal. Vardagsrummet har en elegant traditionell vedeldad spis (ved ingår inte). På vardera sidan av vardagsrummet finns sovrummen. Till vänster är kungmästaren med privat badrum och bubbelbadkar ljust och rymligt! De dubbla dörrarna öppnar ut mot däck, vilket är den perfekta platsen för ditt morgonkaffe! Gäst sovrummet, med queen size-säng, har också dubbla dörrar som öppnar sig till ett soltäckt däck, perfekt för garvning på de lata dagarna! Det tredje sovrummet är bekvämt inredda med två sängar i full storlek. Gott om sovplatser! Badrummen har gjort om med marmor och granit i hela!

Köket har allt du behöver för att piska upp frukost, lunch och middag, det vill säga om du inte redan har planerat att äta på alla restauranger i världsklass som Charleston har att erbjuda! Det finns ett söt köksbord för extra middagar. Helt perfekt! Här kommer solen på denna charmiga strandstuga!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to bring our pup. Kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms were updated and clean- no bugs. The furniture is a bit tired but overall we enjoyed.

Long weekend getaway

Easy access to the beach, dog friendly, clean, really nice grill, perfect for what we needed. convenient location so if you wanted to dine out, you had many options, you could even walk to get there.

Holiday Break

We had a wonderful stay with extended family. Loved the king and queen beds and over all living space was good for 7 and our Dog. Super convenient location on the Island.

Close to beach and restaurants!

This property had many great features-nice bedrooms & bathrooms. Kitchen was not big (well stocked) but we ate out every night. House is located close to 9th street beach which was lovely & not crowded. FYI-You must bring/rent all beach equipment:chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. This house faces a pretty busy street

R&R getaway!

Stayed here for 4 nights and loved every second. The house is well appointed and in a superb location. The property management team checked in to see if everything was ok, which we appreciated. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will definitely return to this property!

Cute home

Let me start by saying we’re originally from the area so we knew what to expect of the location. It’s a short walk to the beach and shops. The house is decorated nicely, very clean, beds are comfortable, and it has a great outdoor space. We really enjoyed our stay :)

Just what we were looking for

Great place in many ways. We spent a long weekend there with our daughter celebrating her college graduation. Short walks to IOP restaurants and the beach. The house is clean and fun. Love the outdoor shower.

Home was nice and in a great location. Quick walk to beach and restaurant area! Only issue was bugs within the home including in the dishwasher daily.

Great location

The house is very well appointed. The only minor issues we had, the master bedroom was a little warm, no pantry to put grocery items. The house is really beautiful, great location to beach and restaurants. All within walking distance. Kitchen very well stocked with appliances.

Thanksgiving on IOP

Property was as photographed. Great location. Easy walk to the beach. We did our own Turkey trot and ocean plunge at sunrise! Wonderful memories! Only complaint was kitchen wasn’t that well stocked with proper pots and pans and baking dishes and bowls.

IOP Dec 18-21 2023

The property met all our family’s needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My wife and I and our 2 adult daughters (ages 24 and 21) had plenty of room. Our 3 dogs (ours + each daughter’s) were accommodated, and this was essential for us to be there. We were a short walk from 9th Avenue beach access, and a short walk from our IOP favorites: Acme, Cafe Paname, Sea Biscuit, The Dinghy. We had a great visit and very much enjoyed the house.

Family Reunion

We loved staying at "Here Comes the Sun". The house was lovely and decorated so beautifully, it felt much more like a home than a rental. Loved all the unexpected extras like cooler bag and beach towels, umbrella and chairs, lighted vanity mirrors in both bathrooms, iron/ironing board and drying rack for delicates and lots of extra blankets for cozy afternoons when the storms roll in. We especially loved being on the quiet side of IOP yet within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beach rental voucher was greatly appreciated and we used our beach cruiser bikes daily. Great stay!

Relaxing, conveniently located home

This house even nicer than I expected! The house itself is well constructed, and the furnishings are substantial and comfortable. The beach is a casual walk down a friendly side street, and the grocery store and several restaurants were a couple of blocks away. We sat outside in perfect weather, enjoying the palm and oak trees. The equipment voucher was a bonus!

Two rows back

Excellent location within Isle of Palms, and though not an inexpensive property, this house has a better value proposition than other homes closer to the beach. The three minute walk to the beach is minuscule, but the free marketplace deems that distance a significant rental rate discount to homes with a one minute walk to the beach or with private steps onto the beach. Property is advertised truthfully and well maintained. Property management company communication was proactive and efficient. Great property!

Very sweet, a little close to a busy at for dogs

It was great! Great communication w the host company and overall it was all good except it backs up onto a busy street and only partially fenced in. BUT it's a 100ft walk to a left turn that takes you Onto back streets that do take you right to the beach. Very close. It was just the dog thing for us. Otherwise would recommend it. Very charming!!!
