Om boendet

Fantastisk och vacker yurt precis intill floden Niagara i en charmig stad. Hemmet byggdes först 2015 med kärlek och omsorg, personligen designat av ägarbyggaren. Det finns inget som det här hemmet i området! Om det vackra trätaket inte förvåna dig kommer de underbara detaljerna att göra. Sov på en bekväm queen size-säng med extra utrymme för en till på en stor och bekväm soffa vid behov. Bo på en underbar plats för den berömda Gateway Harbour säsongen och Canal Fest!

Detta är en yurt på ett stort hörnparti. Vattnet kan ses direkt från de främre fönstren och är 3 minuters promenad bort, om så. Det finns en stor halvcirkel-uppfart delad med en annan enhet (helt separat). Du kan enkelt passa två bilar här. Det finns ingen gatuparkering från november till april.

ID för alla gäster krävs.

Bo i ett vackert och historiskt område där bekvämligheten ligger bara några minuter bort. Ett berömt karusellmuseum, antika och underbara restauranger ligger mitt i staden, 5 minuter bort. Det finns till och med ett slott i stan! Niawanda Park / Niagara River ligger bara några steg från ytterdörren. Lekplats, andra parker, 7/11, stormarknad är alla en 3 min bilresa ner på vägen. Mål, andra stora boxboxar, butiker, SUNY Buffalo, staden Buffalo är bara 15 minuter bort, Niagara Falls, Niagara-Buffalo Airport (BUF) och den kanadensiska gränsen 20 minuter bort, Toronto 90 minuter bort.

Great location

The yurt is ideally located. We went to the riviera for a show. It was a 5 min drive. We went to an event at keybank center, a 20 min drive. The park across the street sits right on the river and only a 5 min walk. A few min to the grocery store. I was initially looking for a nice hotel but found the yurt. It didnt cost anymore than a hotel. The neighborhood felt safe as we were out late. The host responded promptly to questions. We would stay again.

Little Haven

This was a great place to stay, especially for me with allergies. The house was clean and well kept. The pillows were steam cleaned. No pets are allowed and even the soap provided was honey and milk not a floral scent!! Thank you! The yurt is small, one room, so well designed and laid out, beight even on rainy days. We poved it although you can hear outside and inside noise. I hope to stay here in Buffalo again!

Yurt - The Cozy Little Cottage

We stayed at Yurt for a long weekend. Jolee was amazing to work with. She sent us a list of places to see and food places to try while we were in town. The "Cottage" as I called it was cozy and comfortable. It was nice to stay in something more private then a hotel. We enjoyed our visit and would book again in the future if we come back to Buffalo!

Everything was just as the description said. Perfect location to be near the Falls, airport and Highmark Stadium, but not in the mix/hustle of those areas.

Mini vacay in Buffalo

Our son plays college football and had a Saturday game at the University at Buffalo, so we decided to stay a few extra days and explore the area. The Yurt was perfectly positioned for us to enjoy the whole area. It’s about 15 minutes to the UB north campus, 1 minute to Tonawanda, 100 yards to the scenic trail along the Niagara River, and about 30 minutes to Lake Ontario. Jolee was great to work with. She’s very professional and responsive. The yurt is simple, cozy and comfortable. This is a great place for couples to stay and use as a home base for visiting nearby restaurants and attractions.

Long Weekend Getaway

We very much enjoyed our time in Tonawanda and exploring the surrounding area. Jolee gave us some wonderful suggestions of places to eat / things to do locally and we found the yurt very welcoming! We stayed a week visiting family in the area. Close to restaurants, Niagara Falls, and the Canal. Very relaxing. I would definitely go back.

Cute and cozy place

Loved our stay at this VRBO! Cute, close to the Niagara River for walks or just relaxing. A great casual restaurant is right across the street, with live music several nights a week. Really fun!

Cute little yurt central to many attractions.

Our stay at the yurt in Tonawanda was a charming experience. The yurt itself had all the necessary items as well as a unique audio experience from the acoustics of the yurt itself. We were within miles of everything we wanted to do and really enjoyed our experience.

Winter Getaway in a Yurt

We had a very nice experience here! It was clean and warm. We enjoyed the nice location and provided snow shovel :) kitchen cabinets were a bit disorganized, but had all appliances that we needed.
