El apartamento está ubicado en la calle della Misericordia (nueva carretera) a 5 minutos de la estación de tren cerca de los jardines de Papadopoli, la parada de autobús acuático más cercana Ferrovia.
El ático de nueva construcción se encuentra en el primer piso de una casa en un entorno tranquilo y pacífico con un jardín compartido y consta de una gran sala de estar / cocina de planta abierta, un dormitorio doble y un baño.

Great quiet location not far from transport!

The property was as we expected it. It was quite spacious and comfortable for our needs. It is a small walk to the train station and ferry terminals linking you to the tourist sites. We found the area was quiet at night but close enough to many restaurants and cafes. We opened windows for fresh air but mosquitoes were a nuisance. We also found it unusual to have to dispose of all our rubbish at a site about 15 mins walk from the property. There is a rubbish service on the street but you need to be there between certain hours which is not practical. When a €30 cleaning fee is paid we would expect that to be taken care of.

Notre premier séjour à Venise organisé par moi même...j'ai eu la chance de trouver l'annonce de l'appartement de Roberta .L'emplacement est l'idéal car il offre la tranquillité de ce quartier de Cannaregio avec l'opportunité de déambuler entre ponts et ruelles et de rejoindre à pieds la place St Marc......les vaporrettis le train sont à proximité L'appartement est fonctionnel et confortable. Perfect spacious rental in quiet area near to station

My daughter and I spent three days in this wonderful peaceful rental, with plenty of space, comfortable bed and sofa bed and lots of natural light. Sparkling clean, great kitchen, washing machine, both shower and bath as well as use of small garden area - with a charming fledgling seagull near a rooflight for extra company. Ideal location for travelling by train, catch water buses to different locations and day trips, as well as explore everywhere on foot - with some lovely restaurants in the Cannaregio area including for vegans. We are now finishing two weeks travelling through Italy in four different rentals, but this (our first) remains our favourite and I hope to return with my husband one day soon. Grazie!

Komfortable und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung von Roberta schon zum Zweitenmal genutzt, dieses mal doppelt so lang. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen, die ruhige Lage, alles vorhanden. Sie hat eine tolle Ausgangslage für alle Unternehmungen. Die Kommunikation mit Roberta ist ausgezeichnet, hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Funny seagulls

Tutto perfetto!! There were seagulls living on top of the roof raising their babies. Sometimes the little ones even looked through the window into our living room which was very cute. Most of the time we were exploring Venice but we were always happy to come back to our comfy home.

check in was difficult. He did not speak English. No hot water. When contacted host she said it was working in the morning and there shouldn’t be a problem. But there was for two days. Angenehm ruhig und viel Platz

Wir waren zur Architekturbiennale in Venedig. Die Wohnung liegt nah am Bahnhof, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig, die Kommunikation mit Roberta war top. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ich empfehle sie gerne weiter.

Sehr gut gelegene Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort

Die Wohnung ist vom Bahnhof in ein paar Minuten gut erreichbar. In einer ruhigen kleinen Gasse, das Haus selbst steht noch hinter einer hohen Mauer, noch mehr Ruhe, hier befindet sich einer schöner kleiner Garten. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, komplette Küche, großer Gasherd mit Backofen, alles Geschirrr, Bad mit Waschmaschine und sogar Badewanne, Schlafzimmer mit Kilmagerät und einem großen Bett, eine gut funktionierende Heizung, wenn doch die Tage einmal kalt ausfallen. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, alles vorhanden. Ein gut sortierter Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke, im Cannaregio kann weiter hinten auch gut und günstig essen. Rialto mercado ist mit dem vaparetto (2) schnell zu erreichen, oder man läuft. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

It was a bit rocky to start but got much better….

We initially got checked in to the wrong vrbo in the building. ! It was a language issue..we didn’t speak Italian and the cleaning ladies didn’t speak English and a gentleman who had some connection to the vrbo spoke only Ukrainian( I think). We got the wrong keys but once that got sorted out we were fine. The unit was as described. It was well stocked and clean. The location was great-near the bus terminal, train station and water bus location but the vrbo was on a quiet side street very close to good restaurants, pharmacies, a market and fabulous bakeries. One thing to take note of is mosquitos- it sure how they got in but we got bitten multiple times -usually at night -while sleeping. I suggest bringing insect repellent and sleeping with it on if you visit between march and November. The bed and pullout couch were comfy.There is a washing machine which came in handy. Overall a good stay at a reasonable price.

Logement formidable

Le logement est idéalement situé, à quelques centaines de mètres de la gare à pied, dans une rue très tranquille. Il est spacieux et le jardin est très agréable. Cela nous a permis de passer un séjour à Venise formidable !
