Nuova cucina con granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile ed è completamente fornita per godersi i pasti a casa. Tutti gli arredi nuovi di zecca in tutto con 2 divani estraibili per ulteriore spazio per dormire. TV a schermo piatto in ogni camera e un camino a legna per riscaldarti nelle notti fredde. Il complesso dispone di un'enorme sala giochi completa di tavolo da biliardo e ping pong, nonché di una jacuzzi e sauna calde all'aperto. Gli ascensori sono a due passi dal condominio con parcheggio sotterraneo primo. Gli ospiti godono di un fascino rustico combinato con un'eleganza moderna, garantendo un'esperienza di alloggio unica nel suo genere ai margini dell'area sciistica del Canyon Lodge. Great Location

Spacious rooms and living room. Fully stocked kitchen. We loved the decor. The bathroom in the primary bedroom needs a little updating and a hand towel rack or holder. You can’t beat the close proximity to Canyon Lodge. We even enjoyed lunch in the condo without losing much time. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect Condo for Skiing at Canyon Lodge

The condo is located about as close to Canyon Lodge as you can get. Not ski in/ski out but a short walk. The condo has everything you need. It was clean and cozy. The kids loved it. The beds and bedding were unbelievably comfortable. Check in/check out was super easy. I have no complaints. The only issue is that the rec room was closed for maintenance/renovation while we were there so we could not use the hot tub. But overall, we would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Bad Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No issue with the place but beware, they place their listing on various sites so they are prone to double booking their rentals and you may be left scrambling for a place at the very last minute. This was a very unfortunate experience for my family 2 of which are under 2 years old.

Great Getaway

The condo was a great home base for our late June week in Mammoth. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped with essentials, plenty of towels, beds were very comfortable, spacious living and dining area. The TV is movable so you can watch from either the dining or living rooms. The location is good, we were able to walk to the village. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub was closed for maintenance - I wish we had known this before our arrival. Besides that, it was perfect for our family vacation, I would definitely stay here again.

The toilet in the non-master bathroom fills very slowly and was a real drag... we kept having to add water from a bowl or the shower... def want to fix that... Also the transition to the bedroom with the bunks is coming up an needs to be fixed. Otherwise really great stay. Thank you.

Poor customer service, good location

After checking into SB-112, we discovered the main bedroom bedsheets were covered in hair. Not one or two, but many many hairs or varying length and shade. We immediately contacted Jamie and Cynthia of Ready 4 Rentals via phone, email and text with several pictures and a plea for a fresh set of bedding. The response we got via text read: “The bedding is absolutely clean, we have a professional laundry bill to prove it” We provided more photos and asked if they could please come look for themselves in person, and received no response. We continued to reach out for assistance the following day and received none. It was quite shocking and possibly the worst customer service experience we have ever received from any rental property. The rest of the unit seemed clean enough to live with, and the building is in an excellent location by lift options so our family was able to walk to/from skiing when the snow plows where not working on the street. The floor plan was perfect for our family of four. The condo could use a few extra items, for example there was only one wine glass and no shampoo or conditioner. They are very clear in the check-in verbiage about needing to bring your own extra toilet paper and paper towels, just a head’s up that you’ll need that also. We met the building manager, Patrick, who was wonderful and welcoming. He explained there are several different owners of the units and different people managing them. In our hunt to find clean sheets we discovered a different rental company, 1849 Mountain Rentals, also has condos at the same building and has a supplies room and someone available and on site to help guests, which is great news for next time!

Walk to Canyon Lodge at Mammoth Mountain

This condo is great! It is walking distance to Canyon Lodge and so convenient! It was also updated, clean and had hard wood floors. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cups, utensils, pots and pans. There were also humidifiers. The beds were comfortable too. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent mountain cabin

As close to the mountain as you can get. Property was clean and comfortable. Property management was very responsive when a minor arose. Building maintenance was friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay!

An absolutely amazing stay!

This was hands down one of the best places we've stayed in mammoth. It's literally across the street from the canyon lodge and the lifts. Not only did this stay exceed all my expectations but on top of that was Patrick the property manager on site. This guy seemed to always be working on snow control and keeping the place safe to get in and out. He was always a pleasure and very informative and helpful in all ways possible. To have that accompanied with amazing location and perfect accommodations. This place was a hit! We're a family of 5 and can't recommend it more. But hate too cause then it will be booked the next time we go up. But good luck on getting this diamond, it's well worth it.

Great location!

I stayed at Snowbird with my 5 year old and the location could not be better. It's just across Canyon Lodge, so in 2 minutes on foot we were on the slopes. It's also 5 minutes by car from the village, the supermarket and restaurants. A great plus is the garage, that keeps the car protected especially on snowy days. The apartment is well kept and clean, with TV in every room. My kid enjoyed the bunk beds a lot. A couple of small nitpick-y things: the showers could use some updating and the walls are thin, so when there are guests in other apartments, it can get a bit noisy. Overall we had a great stay and I would recommend the place!

Terrific Place!

We really enjoyed the condo and loved the location right by the Canyon Lodge and Mammoth chair lifts. After a difficult year we were able to have some much needed family time. We also Made good use of the jacuzzi and the ping-pong and pool tables. This place fully met my expectations and I'd gladly stay there again.

Great stay, close to slopes

We had a really good time. The location was a 2 minute walk from the slopes, so we definitely loved that. Clean when we arrived and checked in. Parking was the only issue we ran into. Someone was parked in our spot for an entire night so we had to find parking outside. There is one space available in the garage and first come first served spots in the front. We had to wake up early on Friday morning to move one of our cars for the garage disposal. Overall, great stay. I would highly recommend coming with one car so as to not have anxiety about the parking situation, especially if it's busy season.

Modern, clean rental, perfect location!

Our second time staying here and was just as expected, and amazing, as the first time. Only 4 adults on this trip was the rental was plenty big enough. Clean, well-stocked, and super quiet in overall complex - probably due to it being early in the season. Easily got an extra parking spot. Most folks were wearing masks indoors. The hot tub wasn’t working/not hot on one of the days but eventually got fixed and got to enjoy at least 1 night in it. Already looking to book more weekends this season!

The floor was already dirty when I arrived and there was no broom so I could clean it. The carpets looked like they hadn't been washed in months! They looked so filthy. The building manager wasn't in the office at all the whole week and tried calling the number and no answer. I dont understand why I couldn't check in early. It really takes 6 hours to clean a small space? 6 hours? And we get charged a cleaning fee? For what? This is pretty ridiculous. I understand covid is still going on right now but 6 hours? And it wasn't even fully spotless like the ad says. The view was the only good thing about this place.

Well kept condo

Easy process and the condo is well kept. Conveniently located in Mammoth Lakes but further from Yosemite than what we expected. If you ski this place is right next to the lift which was pretty neat.

Great location for ski season

The unit is spacious and clean. The location is ideal for skiing. Right across the parking lot from Canyon lodge. Can’t get much closer. Really close to the village gondola also which makes for a quick and easy trip into the village and back home. The kitchen is very well equipped. Smart TVs in each room. There is someone working the building office who is very nice and helpful if you have questions. Austria Hof is the closest restaurant (right around the corner) and it has delicious food. The floors in the unit can get a bit cold in winter so bring a pair of slippers. And this has nothing to do with the unit but something outside (maybe the village gondola?!?) had a tendency to make a rhythmic noise on and off all day and night so if you are a light sleeper I recommend bringing a white noise machine. Great stay.

Cozy little getaway

The property is in a great location, close to the town and a few lakes. The two rooms were very spacious and was able to fit my family of 6 comfortably. Quiet neighborhood., The parking space was big enough to fit our Suburban. Would love to go back to Mammoth. Thanks for the memories.

Problems with cleanness

I was really disappointed and concerned when I noticed dirty floor and many surfaces upon arrival to the property. I cleaned all surfaces since it was unsafe to stay there because I did not know who had stayed there before us. I also asked the manager to send maids to mop the floor. They came next day but the floor stayed dirty and I found a big layer of dust and forgotten things by previous guests under beds. This situation made our stay unsafe because due to COVID-19 the owner had to pay a big attention to cleanness!
