A very enjoyable stay

Rented this unit at the last minute. Very nice place. Large sitting area, the bedrooms were a nice size and the location was great(close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. I loved the upstairs balcony. We would definitely rent this unit again

What a great place to stay for our week at Clearwater. The location was amazing. Close to the beach and downtown(if you want). Pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Very fun trip to Clearwater Beach. House is perfectly located across from beach access. Nice pool in back yard. Garage full of beach gear. House needs a bit of an update on beds/mattresses. It was still really a nice house for a family beach week.

Wonderful family get away

Loved the location. The beach felt private during a very busy time of year. We were away from the craziness of the beach but could get to the excitement of town really easily when we wanted to. Lovely home. First time in Clearwater and we loved it!

The house is in a great location-easy to walk to town, steps away from the beach. There was plenty of space for us to be comfortable. The upper deck is a little spot of serenity. We found everything we needed to make our meals. As many people mentioned, the back yard is a lovely oasis of quiet and privacy. The back deck and pool area is large enough for everyone to find a spot. Everything we needed for pool fun and beach activities was there on the deck and in the garage. We had a great stay in this house. It was as-advertised and in a perfect location. Close enough to restaurants and shops but far enough away to have a completely uncrowded beach. We enjoyed the kayaks and bikes and the pool.
