The Heidelberg Inn was first opened in 1928 as a hotel with 46 rooms with bathrooms down the hall. Now we have twenty-four condo type units with one or two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living/dining room and a bathroom. This location became a place to go for some of the most famous movie stars. Clark Gable, Betty Grable and Charlie Chaplan were noted visitors in the wintertime. Pictures of these “old days” are seen in the lobby. We recently stayed at the Heidelberg Inn. The location was terrific. Downtown and close to everything. Love this place had a jacuzzi and game room. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this charm of a place, exactly what we expected.
