It is quiet and healing place to spend your days and evenings. Condo has been totally updated with stainless steel appliances, wood tile floors throughout. Granite counter tops. In unit washer and dryer. Private patio to enjoy year round as well as a huge community deck with unobstructed views of the beautiful ocean. This is a one bedroom, bath 500 sq feet of love. All utilities and cable/internet are included. Sleeps 4. This rental has a one month minimum. This property is sanitized and cleaned thoroughly between guests.

Nice stay

I enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was very clean and well supplied. The neighbors were friendly and the owner responded to messages rapidly. The unit isn't directly on the beach; it faces a wall separating the high rise next door's parking lot. Nice common sun deck with easy access to the beach. There isn't a grassy area in front of the unit; I took my dogs out to the street to go potty as it was easier and better lit than the grassy area in back.

Ocean Paradise

If I could sum up our stay in just a few words it would be this….We Didn’t Want To Leave!!! From the amazing accommodations to the daily walks on the beach.. we fell in love with Ormand By The Sea!!! Our stay at Loree’s Beach Bungalow provided everything we needed… cleanliness, cuteness and comfort! We will return!

Awesome beach location and stay

We loved our month at Loree's condo. Just steps from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked every day. A grill, outdoor eating space, and the patio was perfect for watching the waves or rocket launches. So convenient to everything, we hope to return again! Loree is a great host!

Lovely relaxing clean and serene place steps four your door from large oceanfront deck.

What an idyllic and picturesque place to stay. Super clean super cute and super Comfortable accommodations. All around super host and I will be back- this place is a must for a tranquil break 😊lots around no car needed and quiet and peaceful !!!! Had an exceptional month stay !!!

Cute little condo steps from the beach

Had an enjoyable month long stay. Pros: Very close to beach, easily walkable to Publix grocery store, cable TV, W/D, and for a small place I loved the nice long kitchen peninsula countertop. Cons: dirty oven, shower door on outside of track so water just ran down the door & bathroom flooded when showering (I had to lift the shower door panel off upper track to insert it into the lower track to fix it-but it was kinda heavy and was hoping there would be no incident because I knew then I would be buying a new shower door! I got lucky!) When mentioning these items there was no response about the oven and she said the shower door must have happened during cleaning. Outside light not working and very dark there at night. Otherwise all was fine!

Lovely stay at the beach

The apartment was very well furnished with everything you could possibly need. The owner Laurie was very easy to communicate with . I am looking forward to my next stay here.

Beautiful Beach Bungalow

The location can’t be beat- on the beach but in walking distance to Publix. We enjoyed the deck as well as the beach We loved the beach decor with even books included in the theme. The washer& dryer were a bonus. Thank you, Loree. Hope to return next year.

Cute Little Getaway

This spot was perfect for a long term stay. It had everything I possibly could’ve needed and more. The location was perfect too as it is right on the beach and super close to publix! Loree was super kind and friendly too. Great experience!

Great place on the beach

Lori is the great host. Place is very clean and well furnished. Ground floor location and a huge deck right on the beach. Location is nice and very quite. Beach was not crowded Grocery store and restaurants in walking distance. We rented the space for month of February.
