Located on desirable Gulf Boulevard, this breezy Key West style beach house offers wide views of the beach from the private balcony. A porch swing and rocking chairs make it the perfect place to relax after beach time. Beach access is directly across the street.

This beach house consists of two upstairs vacation units, each with a private balcony.

Inside, the house is richly finished with marble floors, granite counters, and plush, upscale furnishings. A television is in every bedroom, as well as the den. The kitchen is fully equipped. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer. All linens are provided.

Conveniently located in the center of South Padre Island, it is walking distance to outdoor entertainment (great for teens), restaurants, and even the island grocery store. Across the street is the shuttle stop for the FREE Island shuttle (another teen favorite).

Four guests can sleep comfortably as shown. Well-behaved pets are accepted with owner's approval for $75.

Provided are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. Downstairs is an outdoor shower to rinse sand after beach time.

Want to fish? Our guests receive a discount on private bay fishing in the Laguna Madre.

Wondeful place!

Perfect stay and spot. Very easy access in and out, the access to the beach could not be easier and the hosts couldn't be nicer and more accomadating. Great place to stay with our pup.

Wonderful get away for our family!

We had such a great time in SPI and Lynn is a lovely host. The location can't be beat! Right across the street from the beach and within walking distance of some excellent coffee places. We look forward to coming back again and exploring more of the area!

Very enjoable stay

Lynn is an excellent host. She greeted us when we got to the property and was always gracious and helpful. This place is well furnished and offers easy access to the beach.

Best Stay on SPI

This property is easily the best place we've stayed in while visiting South Padre. The house had everything you could want with a fantastic location. I can't wait to book again

Cute place close to the beach

Loved the location just across the street from the beach. Owners live on site but are not intrusive in anyway. Would absolutely come here again.

Wonderful experience

Loved, loved the property. Had EVERYTHING you could want for a great beach experience and comfortable place to stay. Loved the por h to sit with my dog. He loved it. Planning on returning soon.

Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I have been this beach house for the past several years. The location is right across the street from the beach access entrance and you have an ocean view from the balcony. We always enjoy our stay and plan to keep returning.

Very Beautiful and well kept property. Great amenities with beautiful views of the Beach. Close walking distance and all of the extras needed for the Beach. Property owner is Very Kind and attentive to any needs that may arise.

Great Location

Cute and convenient!

We had such a wonderful time at this property in South Padre. It was cute, cozy, and right across the street from the beach entrance. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for our trip. The owner was an amazing host and knows all the ins and outs of the island. We will definitely stay here again when we decide to come back!

SPI Vacation

Our stay was wonderful! Lynn met us as we pulled in the driveway and we had a short visit. This property is well maintained and in a great location. We will definitely recommend this property and we hope to stay there again in the future!

I absolutely love having vacationers stay at my beach house! Hearing laughter from happy guests is music.
