Beachside Condo 16, The Sea Lodge, is conveniently located in Seagrove Beach right off 30A and a short bike ride to Seaside. This rustic beachside condo on 1st floor has warm and cozy lodge feeling, and is conveniently located steps from the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast.

Sleeping up to 4, this is a perfect condo for a couple or family with younger children. The bedroom includes a queen bed and TV plus there are hallway bunks for the kids. The kitchen features open shelving to make everything simple and easy to access. Enjoy reading a book on the patio or having a cup off coffee. You can be at the beach with just a few steps. For your convenience there is also a washer and dryer.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great! However, the place had a strong musty odor that was hard to get used to. I came home and smelled it on my clothes. The couch and curtains could use cleaned/replaced, they had a lot of stains on them. I used a towel to sit on the couch, because of all the visible stains. The kitchen was nice and updated/well stocked.

Perfect stay for me

Used this place as a home base for a 4 day fishing charter in the area. Place was fantastic, close enough to the main roads and yet right on the beach for R&R time. Cleanliness was spot on, and the complimentary goods were perfect to keep from having to make trips to Publix too much. Loved the unit, wish I could have speant more time in it, will save this one for future use.

Reviewer Comments: The location of this unit is great, close to all of the good food we enjoy. The cleanliness of this unit was disappointing. There were baby cockroaches underneath the bunk bed one night when I woke up to get a drink and the next morning my 2 year old found multiple adult cockroaches in the living area. I informed benchmark of this with pictures as well as a text message in a thread that had been started days prior and I was ignored. The tub floor is stained and the ceiling near the air vent in the kitchen has a continuous dripping leak. Location to the beach is superior especially with kids. The decor is cute, however I just don’t think we’ll be back, the overall feeling of lack of cleanliness was such a major turnoff/bummer.

We have been renting condos in Destin/Seagrove area for 8 years and this was the most beautifully decorated one we have ever stayed in. Proof you can have that beach vibe without painting everything sea blue. Condo was well stocked with dishes, towels, and bathroom/kitchen packs were helpful to get us started with toiletries/cleaning supplies. The condo was very clean when we checked in. The only problem was that the AC duct in the kitchen was dripping water down the wall and from the ceiling. You could see some water stains where this may have been occurring for some time. Also, the master bedroom didn’t seem to be getting any cool air from the vent so it was very warm back there. Location is great. Short walk to the beach, area restaurants, and Seaside.

Adorable condo!!!

We loved the location of this rental. Walk outside the door strait to the beach access. I didn’t time it but maybe a 60 second walk. First floor allows you to walk out the back door to the beach as well! So easy just to run up from the beach to get drinks or sandwiches. I am an interior designer and only pick VRBO’s that fit my design taste. This is an adorable place, fun lighting, very high quality sofa and furniture. Close to cafe 30 A, and shops. The only thing I will make a note of just so folks with 2 kids staying in the bunks might want to know if that’s the top bunk is pretty close to the ceiling so a smaller child could sleep up there or in the fabulous Lee sectional..we only had one teenager and she slept in the bottom And stored all her stuff on top. Otherwise, perfection👍🏼

Great size for couples and way more stylish than most beach condos. Clean and well appointed. Nice towels. Good Storage. Appliances, laundry, shower all worked well. Stone floors are great for beach location. The negatives are the sectional and bed. Both too soft/very uncomfortable for us. Not really any alternatives available for either. (Twin bunk beds and wicker chair) We rotated mattress and moved cushions around and it helped a little. Santa Rosa/Seagrove Beach is a great romantic and relaxing get away, the furniture did nothing to help us on either front. TV set had 3 or 4 remotes in LR and 2 in the BR with no instructions on how to use. Check in was bit panicky... we went to the grocery store on our way in and our code did not work. We called the # on the reservation and the answering service contacted management. About a minute or two later and were given a new code with a follow up to make sure were were good. Would be 5 star if furniture was better.

Perfect for our family of 4!

We loved this property. Convenient to everything! The updates within the unit are beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed to cook in. We were in town for a short stay but came up from the beach everyday to have lunch before heading back out. It's on the beach side of 30A, which was my favorite part. We normally have to cross the street, so we loved setting up and taking down just once and feeling like we were close enough to come in on a whim. It was a HOT HOT Florida weekend this past weekend, so we spent most of the day Saturday soaking up the A/C and resting inside on the comfy couch. Our boys loved the bunk beds. They called them "fort beds." One suggestion I'd make is maybe to add some rugs on either side of the master bed to help with dusting sand off before crawling in. Otherwise, we'd love to stay here again next time we're in town!

Perfect condo for my family with great location!

From check in to leaving, everything was easy and we loved this condo for our family of 4. The decor was really cute and the condo was clean. LOVED all of the hooks in the hallway and bathroom for wet towels and swimsuits. The kitchen was well stocked too. The central location on 30A and to the beach was awesome. Great pool which wasn't crowded. Will definitely return to Beachside Condos!
