Immerse yourself in stunning mountain views when you stay at this mountain-top home. This wonderfully appointed cabin has a grand open floor plan with exposed wood throughout with an immaculate game room.

After you enjoy your scenic drive through the secure neighborhood, venture inside and choose bedrooms! Every single bedroom has a large flat-screen TV and access to the expansive decks on both levels of the cabin.

Once everyone has chosen their bedrooms, gather in the open concept living area to hang out and watch the flat-screen cable TV by the beautiful electric fireplace while lounging on the cozy furnishings. If you're looking for something to eat, head to the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island with bar stool seating.

After you cook a family feast, share your meal together at the 8-seat dining table or outside on the deck overlooking the magnificent view. Unwind and head off on your own to your favorite spot in the house. The House "Blew" Us Away!

The home was absolutely perfect! It met my family's needs and expectations. We did encounter a weather event that was a bit scary and definitely made for an adventure. The property owner, Dana, was extremely attentive during the inclement weather. Pam, the property manager, was super concerned about our well being. Pam was an exceptional communicator during the weather event and made certain to check in with us several times to ensure we were secure and comfortable as well as providing maintenance to the fire alarms. We have been coming to Gatlinburg for years and never experienced a wind storm of this caliber. Even through the crazy weather, we absolutely enjoyed our time and would definitely revisit this amazing property! Thank you Dana and Pam!

Great time with nature

We loved the stayed in this cabin. Pictures do not do justice to how pretty and clean it is in person. We enjoyed the views every morning with coffee on hand and evenings playing pool or watching TV by the fireplace. My husband will wake up early every morning to go on "BEAR WATCH" it it did payed off!!! Just on the second day we saw not one but five bears, and one of them even came to the front porch attracted by the smell of the bbq we had cook just the night before. Communication with the owner was great, she called us a few days before our trip, and gave us helpful information on the area, bears and answered every question we had. The cabin is equipped with everything you might need for your stay, just bring food and company.

The cabin was amazing. The rooms were very nice. A little out of the way for our taste but the views made the drive into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge worth it.

Spring break 2023

We loved our stay. Beautiful cabin, great views, lots to do in the house - games, pool, hot tub, reading, plenty of TVs. Very clean, beds were comfortable.

We purchased Picadilly Perch after it was rebuilt following the horrible fire in 2016. We love Cobbly Nob and have another home in the area as well. We love sharing our home with guests and hope they find it as comfortable as we do.

Why they chose this property

Picadilly Perch is in a upscale neighborhood right next to a public golf course. In fact you drive through the golf course to get to our cabin. We are 5 minutes to the Greenbrier branch of the Great Smoky Mountains for hiking or fishing. We are only 15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg for all your shopping or dining needs, plus all the attractions available downtown now. Perfect location for peace and tranquility as well as incredible mountain views!!
