The property was exactly as described and perfect for our stay. I like to make sure I can leave the property a little cleaner than when I arrive. David had very clear instructions on how to keep property clean as well as supplies. We will be returning to this property. Thank you David.

Excellent Property
Had a great visit to Denver / Boulder, and this property is well situated between both. Property was very clean, well enough equipped, and quite comfortable. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and they were very accommodating of us with a request we had. All in all, highly recommend this property and would absolutely use it again for our next visits.

Highly recommend
David was a great host and easy to communicate with. The place was very spacious and convenient to shopping. It backed up to a golf course and we enjoyed walking on the path which ran behind the complex. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the area. Thank you David for a great stay.

Family vacation
We absolutely love our stay in this location! It’s super close to so many things. The renters gave us a list of things to do around the area and places to eat. The place was spacious and very clean! Definitely will be trying to book this one again on our next trip to Colorado!!

The condo was fine for our needs. The kitchen could use more items to make meals easier. Compared to other properties, I would say it is below average for the amount offered. The place was adequate, but did not feel homey, just an observation. The pool was close by and we appreciated the pool towels offered. Checkout procedure was a little over the top. Overall I would recommend this place.

The condo was very clean and an awesome location. We had a two yr old with us and there was a baby crib and high chair. Also a pool which we enjoyed!!

Great accommodations and location
We were in town for a softball tournament taking place in Broomfield. The location was fantastic, with quick access not only to the fields, but to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. And just 30 minutes from the airport. The place itself was cozy, clean, and worked very well for our family of 4 for a week. The owners were quick to respond to my inquiries before and after I booked the place. If my daughter plays again there or nearby, I will definitely try to book it again.

Excellent condo and value.
My husband and I stayed while visited our daughter who lives in the area. The condo is very spacious and clean. The beds are comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Although metro Denver is pretty dense, but this condo backs up onto a golf course and has a lovely view of the greens and trees. There was no traffic noise which was a plus. David was great to communicate with. We will definitely stay again.

Fantastic Location!
The location is perfectly situated between Denver and Boulder - so ideal for day tripping! Property is in a nice, safe neighborhood, and was very comfortable and well maintained. A great home base after a day of adventure! Really appreciated the washer and dryer so we could pack minimally.

Super clean, comfy and great location
The condo was easy to find, super clean, and well-supplied. We didn’t cook since we had all our meals with family but the kitchen was well supplied so we could have with no problem. We especially appreciated the garage since it snowed. The location was great for visiting family; we would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and close to anything!
We only stayed one night after a long day traveling from South Florida and this was exactly what we needed. Quiet neighborhood close to plenty of options for food and last minute “forgot to pack” items, if we had flown back to Florida and not driven we would have been happy to stay here again!

Short Visit
We were pleased with our stay. We were in town for a wedding and stayed two nights. The condo was clean and organized. The location was great and was centralized for the adventuring we did around the area. We had an early flight the day we left and we appreciated that the airport was only a short distance away.

Empty Nesters
This condo is clean and convenient to Denver, Boulder and Golden. We enjoyed touring around and returning each evening to enjoy dinner in this spacious well equipped space. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and washer/dryer. We will stay again the next time we come to Denver.
