***Building Work Scheduled for Mid-October 2024 until late March 2025. The project includes work to the exterior, hallways and balconies. It entails power-washing, repair stucco and concrete cracks, caulking, repair damaged railing post, some damaged balconies and paint the exterior of the building. The contractor will try to minimize impact to guests but cannot accomplish a project of this magnitude without some disruption to normal operations and closing of some facilities. The contractor will use three suspended scaffolds on this project starting on the north end of the building and balconies will be accessed from the scaffold.***

This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom/2 bath penthouse unit will accommodate a family of 8 comfortably with 1 King in the master bedroom, 2 Queens in bedroom 2, & 2 Twins in bedroom 3.

This luxury Penthouse(located on the 14th floor) offers an ocean front balcony off of both the living room and master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 TV's, 3 DVD's and a washer dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Great location
Wonderful condo with great ocean views. Convenient to great restaurants and shopping. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. The condo is locked down with numerous access points which make you feel safe. We would definitely stay there again!!

A Wonderful Penthouse With Loads of Space
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come again! The condo is a brand new remodel, but it was very clean and decorated beautifully. We spent loads of time on the large balcony when not enjoying the beach or other amenities of the complex. (Please be aware that you can’t see the sunrise while sitting on the balcony based on the location. It was beautiful from the beach, though!) Beach access is VERY convenient, and even though we were there the second week of July, it was not really crowded. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Family has stayed here for the last 4Years. we love the location. The suite is very spacious. We bring our mother with us and she is in a wheelchair and it is very comfortable for her to move around in her wheelchair. The children love the pools and the lazy river. It is a very clean and very quite placed to stay. We will be returning next year and hopefully many years to come.

We enjoyed our stay very much! There were 8 in our party ranging from retired to infants and everyone had plenty of room. And enjoyed ourself! I wish the pools were heated as the water was a little cool for the little ones. Would defiantly stay again!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m giving it a four for the condition of the property because the indoor pool was closed the whole time I was there. I usually do Aquafit in the pool every morning, but was unable to do so and my grandchildren love the indoor pool because the outdoor one and lazy river are not heated. For the rest, we had a great time and I would stay here again.

Absolutely Amazing
Everything was as pictured and described in the description. I love the safety and security in the building. The owners in the building were very friendly and helpful. I only had two problems. One being we did not like was when the exterminator came the first guy was very rude and came in while we was sleeping. Said we had to leave for 15 to 30 minutes. We ended up not leaving because we was not comfortable leaving our belongings with strangers, but the guy spraying was fine with us staying and was very polite. The other problem was the initial check in. I didn’t receive my check in instructions until the day after check in. Might have been an issue with my phone but I feel the should sent it a day or two before check in. The balcony was huge and the views are breathtaking. We highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, the condo could have been cleaner. There were dead flowers in a vase on the kitchen counter and dried flower petals all over the counter tops and floor. It had been there for some time because the vase was completely dry. The floors had not been swept, vacuumed, or mopped very well at all. We had to clean some areas when we got there. The condo is beautiful but in DESPERATE need of maintenance. The hot water in the guest rooms did not work, kitchen cabinets are broken, sliding glass doors are extremely difficult to open and close, and the glass around the outdoor patio could use to be cleaned on both sides.

Beautiful Unit with some minor issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was absolutely beautiful with an ocean view that was breathtaking. The short walk to the beach was a big plus. However, a few things could have been improved. The balcony furniture was in desperate need of replacements. The kitchen cabinets were in bad need of repair. Some of the doors fell off if you opened a drawer or the cabinet. The bedding was adequate and certainly appreciatd the number of beds available. Now if they could work on the cleanliness of the unit it would make the stay a little more comfortable. Dust was absolutely everywhere. Turning on lamps was disgusting and even the dresser tops were extremely dusty, and all of the light fixtures were hanging with dust. There were piles of sand in the master closet. Such a beautiful beach and I want to go back. I would also love to go back to this unit, but I will give it some consideration after I read other reviews after this.

The place was not clean, no response from management with broken handle on patio door. Had maintenance just walk in to spray for bugs, while my whole was sleeping, had no warning or notification of them coming. Microwave did not work, lots of cabinets and drawers were ready to fall off.

Enjoyed the condo lay-out, the ocean front, the bedroom accommodations, the parking garage, the elevators, the carrying carts, the maintenance of the premises, the pool, the lazy river, and hot tubs. Disappointed that the condo kitchen cabinets were deteriorating, the balcony chairs were torn, the air intake grill was dirty, fans were dirty and the sliding doors in master and LR needed maintenance…missing handles and very difficult to open and close.

We love this condo for our yearly family vacation. I have a 5 and a 13 year old and the pool and oceanfront is great for both! There is also plenty of room for the 6 of us! This is our second year staying in this condo and we love it!

Good experience overall
Overall everything was great. There were a few minor things that needed addressed. The wifi password we were given was not correct initially, one of the door handles on the outside of the balcony is broken off making it hard to use, and a very heavy mirror in a guest room fell off the wall due to the picture wire detaching from the frame without being touched, and two out of the three elevators got stuck multiple times during our stay. The location itself is great, right on the beach. I liked that the property needed an access code to get in, felt secure. Everyone was very helpful. The hot tubs, indoor pool, and sixth floor lazy river were out of service unfortunately. The condo was spacious and the beds were very comfy!

So good we extended out stay.
The overall cleanliness of the unit was good. The only thing I wish was better was the floor. It was so dirty we had to wash it ourselves a few times. It took just a couple barefoot steps for the bottom of our feet to start turning dark from dirt. This was problematic as we had toddlers and an infant crawling on the floors. Aside from that I can confidently say our entire family enjoyed our stay in this convo. It truly felt like a vacation. The kitchen has all the utensils you’ll need even if you’re feeding a large group. All the necessities were there. Big plus. The bathroom on the other hand didn’t come with backup toilet paper so bring some with you. The option to walk out the door and right onto the beach is amazing and a warm indoor pool for the little ones is also a great plus. Multiple hot tubs, lazy river, friendly guests, clean unit and fun attractions. We will book here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best part of this condo is the lanai which overlooks the ocean. The view is wonderful. The unit itself leaves much to be desired.We arrived to a very unclean home: the furniture was dirty, ceiling fans, lamp shades, baseboards, plants all dusty.Dirt and dust under all the furniture. The walls are all scuffed and paint is chipping in several places on the ceilings.Utensil and cabinet doors in the kitchen are broken. The wear and tear on the unit from having many renters was very obvious, and the owners are not bothering to keep up with it.We had several problems also: the dishwasher leaked, the lock on the door didn't work and there was no electricity in the Master bedroom when we arrived. I will say, Maintenance took care of each of these issues in a very timely and professional manner.

This property is nowhere close to the description. They have it listed as luxury and beautifully decorated, none of that is true. The property needs major repairs, a deep clean, and new beds. If you are looking for something comfortable and clean, this is not it. I contacted VRBO due to the issues and they did nothing. I have made several attempts to follow up and still nothimg.
