Moderna casa per le vacanze con tre camere da letto e tre bagni con cortile privato e piscina riscaldata. Ampio soggiorno accogliente con caminetto, comodo divano e salottini per caffè, vino o una semplice partita a scacchi. Cucina in stile chef che collega lo spazio abitativo con la zona pranzo che si affaccia sulla piscina. I cursori sono completamente aperti per collegare l'area salotto interna con la piscina e la cucina esterna (con frigorifero, piano cottura e grill a gas).

Tutte e tre le camere sono dotate di smart TV e / o box via cavo. Due bagni con doccia e il terzo con doccia e vasca.

Questa proprietà è solo una breve passeggiata / giro in bicicletta per l'ingresso di Vanderbilt Beach. Tutte le bici e l'attrezzatura da spiaggia inclusi! È incluso anche un pass per Wiggins Park. Naples Park è situato nel centro di Napoli, con facile accesso a ristoranti, negozi, divertimenti e lo zoo.

Great location and very clean!

My wife and I enjoyed the quiet and privacy of the pool and backyard. Very relaxing! House was spotless and nicely remodeled. Enjoyed the 1 mile walk to the beach and restaurants, plus the neighborhood in general was very walkable and made for a nice morning exercise.

Family Christmas Vacation

Very spacious for a family of four. The private back yard and the bikes were great! Modern kitchen allowed for a few breakfasts/lunch and a dinner in. Easy walk/ride to the beach.

Nice Location and Amenities

This property is located in a nice location near Vanderbilt Beach with many amenities nearby. The property has been renovated however the Master Bath has a stand up shower protruding from the ceiling right next to the sink which results in a wet area around the sink itself and countertop area; you cannot easily keep anything dry around the sink area. This area is separated by a sliding glass door right next to the toilet and the sliding door unfortunately leaked at the bottom which resulted in towels being used to dam off the water running into the toilet area itself.The curb appeal is beautiful and all appliances worked well; dishes and drinkware was well appointed.We did not use the bikes; there are many areas to use them. The beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler and wagon were used multiple days.The pool and surrounding area are well appointed, and taken care of - we enjoyed the pool multiple times.There are many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping nearby with some very nice upscale restaurants for dining.

Perfect Spot!

This is a beautiful home that truly met our expectations and needs! The open concept was spacious, cozy, and fun for entertaining our friends. The location is very close to the beach, shopping, and so many resturaunts! Looking forward to going back next year!

Comfy Naples Retreat

The house is located in a great area in Naples Park, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. It was very clean inside; but we did have to clean off the patio furniture and clean the pool - no cage, so that happens - no big deal. The house was very nicely renovated, and it had everything we needed (but bring your own Keurig coffee pods!). Tracy, the host, was terrific and promptly addressed any concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent!

Property was as advertised and excellent. Property manager was very easy to communicate with, allowed early check in when the airline changed our arrival time and even brought over an iron when I told her I could not find one and was down for a wedding in desperate need! Great location relative to beach and great shops/ restaurants.

This was everything we could have ever asked for! The home is very clean, in a safe and convenient area and Tracy out did herself with all the amenities provided. It was absolutely perfect! Can’t wait until the next trip!

When you don’t want surprises

Everything was as advertised. Talked to owner several times about minor questions and she was Johnny on the spot. Very well decorated and also very well equipped with dishes, pots snd pans, etc. several bikes provided for sightseeing. Would book it again.

Great little house for a family

My family and I stayed at this rental last weekend and had a wonderful stay! Tracy is extremely responsive to any questions. The house was very clean and had everything you might need to cook and more importantly go to the beach. They had chairs, towels, a wagon, and umbrellas. We really enjoyed the pool outback and there are plenty of lounge chairs. The master bedroom had it’s own air conditioning unit, so it is great if you like to sleep with it being cool/cold. There was one unique thing at the property the master bathroom is more of a half bath, shower and sink to get ready is in the same spot so you have to remove everything to shower. We just used one of the other bathrooms. Would probably call this house a 2.5 bath instead of 3. This is a great property for a family or even a friends get a way!

Pictures better than the real thing

Pictures look better than the real thing. There was not a shade cover over the pool, back yard landscape not attractive, no working outdoor grill area as pictured. Pool floats busted, took chairs to the beach for sunset, chair back would not stay up (busted) .Lots of tiny bugs crawling over the kitchen counters everyday. Master bath spa, leaking toilet. Needs window coverings on all windows, nothing on front or back door, had to hang blankets for privacy. The TV in Master bedroom did not work, could not get local stations or news stations. Overall, appears the home has been remodeled but done cheaply with plywood counters in the bathroom, small door openings. I would rate this property as average. Would not rent again, sorry.

Comfortable but could be great!

Overall the house was comfortable, complete with most amenities a renter would need. We enjoyed the kitchen with it’s supplies, comfortable layout, and great beach necessities provided as well. The spa bathroom was beautiful and enhanced the room, however when using it, you really had to be ultra careful, or spend some time to keep an eye on the water, as it does make it to the floor often… The home itself was very clean and convenient to so many things in the area. The back yard/pool area was really in need of a clean-up. Though there is a lot of storm related damage in this area, this back yard really just needed a good clean-up. Loose yard & tree debris were covering the areas around the pool, broken or unused lounge chairs were pushed into one of the corner and some other dead plants, and miscellaneous garbage (broken noodles, packaging from construction projects, etc.; )again just a clean-up could have removed this. There was an outside cooking area evident in the rental photos which appeared to be something you could have used, however this section of the outside cooking area was not usable, and in fact was full of debris (most likely blew/dropped in from the winds), and non-working. But it could have been cleaned up (or remove it..) If this back area had been in the shape the pictures show in its listing, my rating would have been a 5.
