Questa splendida casa con 5 camere da letto è un'offerta collaborativa di Benecki Homes di Atlanta, dell'architetto Bill Ingram e dello studio di interior design di Melanie Turner Interiors. Unendo la simmetria architettonica con finiture sofisticate e interni di lusso, la casa porta un senso di calma a tutti coloro che entrano. Il primo livello è inondato di luce naturale da una parete a più piani di vetro piano. Le pareti rifinite in gesso e legno si fondono con pavimenti in rovere spazzolato a filo e soffitti con travi di recupero.

La cucina è dotata di una zona pranzo integrata per banchetti, raffinati mobili in stile italiano sormontati da marmo ed elettrodomestici selezionati di Gaggenau. L'ampio soggiorno si apre sulla zona pranzo e sulla scala galleggiante. Segui le scale e troverai un padrone spazioso e due camere per gli ospiti. Tutti con bagno privato. Tutti i bagni sono rifiniti con marmo bianco selezionato e mobili italiani. Il bagno principale presenta una vasca da bagno in stile Waterworks che galleggia di fronte a una baia di finestre. Al livello successivo si trovano altre due suite per gli ospiti, ciascuna evidenziata da un'unica finestra del portale. All'esterno goditi la tua piscina privata. L'accesso alla spiaggia per la comunità è garantito. I proprietari degli Elysee godono della propria spiaggia privata. Great location, comfortable stay and wonderful customer service

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time staying at Elysee Retreat during the Thanksgiving holiday. Location: First time to 30A and couldn't have been happier with the location. It's a short walk to the private deeded beach as well as Rosemary Beach and Alys. We loved the ability to just park our car and take advantage of the provided bikes or walking to shops and restaurants. Property: A comfortable property with wonderful space to lounge and hangout. We loved the two seating areas on the main floor and the long dining table was perfect for a large group. We did one evening with 30A Vacation Chef and it was an amazing space for a private chef evening. The bedrooms were comfortable and loved that the 2nd floor rooms all had a TV. Property Management: 30A Luxury Vacations had great customer service. Prompt replies and was available for any questions or issues (although we had none). We certainly look forward to booking with 30A Luxury Vacations again.

Week retreat

The house is big and spacious. The location was perfect for walking, biking, and getting around. The access to the beach was tricky for we had a small baby in a stroller and you had a steep descent and climb. The pool was perfect. It was enjoyable.

Beautiful house and perfect location!

This house is stunning and was a very relaxing and peaceful environment for our family. The bedrooms are very nicely spaced for everyone to have their privacy. And having a private pool was delightful! My only concern would be attention to detail when it comes to cleaning and repairs. (Overall the home could have been cleaner, the door handles on the doors to the outside were falling off, and the furniture is pretty worn, one of the water heaters was broken a couple days we were there, and the rain came in the door in the kitchen and created a puddle) But not enough to keep us from coming back to this home. Overall I would still give it a 5 star rating. And hopefully these issues will be resolved soon!

Beach/Pool Vacation

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is awesome. Walking distance to everything. Back yard pool is wonderful! Jets in pool are set like a lazy river ride. Kitchen is well stocked. The extra fridge really comes in handy. This house needs a deep cleaning and some paint. The den sofas are awful. Lots of wear and tear.

Lovely Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wish I could give our stay a 5-star review, because it is indeed a 5-star property. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the wood floor buckling in front of the refrigerator in the kitchen. Consequently, there was a parade of people coming through to observe and assess. On the one hand, kudos to property mgmt for being on top of the problem. On the other hand, it was a bit of a disruption, especially when we didn't know people were coming. More importantly, the location is ideal, the house is spacious and comfortable, the pool is perfect. My family had a wonderful experience.

Perfect for our Family Vacation

The location was perfect- beach side of 30A, in a gated community, walk down street to private beach access, beach chair company at bottom of stairs. Minutes walk to downtown Rosemary for shops and restaurants. House was professionally decorated, very comfortable beds and furniture, living spaces large, kitchen appliances fully stocked... This house was large and plenty of room to sleep a large group. Property management was kind and immediately responsive to a couple of small requests. We’ll hopefully use this same house for our next trip. I highly recommend this property company, and this property.

Reviewer Comments: Location of Elysee retreat was excellent!Property had previous water damage where there was a significant odor upon arrival & during our stay! In addition while we were there we lost the pool for 2 days due to a mechanical issue, grill did not work and MB tub won’t not hold water! All were repaired promptly by management company!This should not occur if maintenance is occurring regularly especially for a house of this cost! Rent beach chairs, do not bring your own as you will not be able to use them during the day only at sunset snd sunrise before rental chairs are set up!In addition, I am still waiting to understand any restitution for the issues we experienced during our stay. Overall disappointed for the cost of the house rental!

Lovely House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The homes location and interiors pretty much can't be beat. Great house for families. We loved the bikes and beach chairs that were included! While the interiors are impeccable, the condition of the overall home seems to be going downhill. Leaks, faulty electric, doors not locking, not opening, or falling off the kitchen cabinets. Several issues from day one. However, the property managers couldn't have been more responsive and helpful. Each issue was addressed immediately and with follow up to make sure we were happy. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would return to this house in the future.

Pool was green upon our arrival, gate code was not correct and wasn’t resolved for 14 hrs. Thank goodness for good neighbors. House is beautiful, expect no support.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was nice accept the home was not clean. The kitchen was dirty. Food was still stuck to the over and countertops were dirty. I asked management to come in and clean. I was ignored. Also, had working crew to work on AC during stay. Again, home was nice (a little run down for the money) but attention to detail should have been much better. I owed and rented my beach home in the area with numerous accommodations that this home did not have. Very few towels, no beach or pool towels even though the home had a pool.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property and house were great. It was nice being in a gated community and having private access to the beach. Home was very clean and comfortable. Even with 12 people we had plenty of room. There is current new home construction in the neighborhood but it did not bother us. My only suggestion would be not to bring or rent a golf cart. The Rosemary Beach area is NOT golf cart friendly and the city enforcement officers are extremely rude. I receive a parking ticket while sitting in my golf cart waiting to pick up my family. Save your money and rent bikes or walk.

Fall break stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Elysee retreat was a dream. Beautiful home. We stayed a week. Two families. 10 kids. 4 adults. Plenty of space for everyone & some. Clean. Gorgeous interior design. Beds were very comfortable in all the rooms. Had everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked. Of course vacationing with 30A luxury was amazing as usual. Thank you Roxxy & Chris:) We asked for the pool to be heated and someone came right away. The beach is a 4 min walk, 2 min bike ride to the cul de sac and then to private boardwalk. Beach chair service was easy & the guys were so nice each time we rented chairs. Loved the proximity of the house to everything. We usually stay in Rosemary but this house was super close. Right across from all the Seacrest shops & restaurants. Gated community. Private. Quiet. Don’t hear anything when you r inside. Kids went in & out as the pleased. We stayed an extra night and would have stayed longer if possible! This house was our family’s fav by far. Would love to rent it again someday! Another great Fall break! The pool was great for the kids and heating it during the fall allowed them to swim day and night. 30A Luxury Vacations were fantastic. A Fall Getaway@ Elysee

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Elysee was very pretty & conveniently located. Very disappointed in the fact that we all arrived at 4:30 and it had started raining. I called management and asked if my son, daughter in law and granddaughter who had just arrived from the airport could go inside because it was raining. I was told no that the property was not cleared yet for check-in. No maintenance was even there. At 4:45 the pool guy arrived while they stood out in the rain with their luggage. I received a text at 4:50 that they could now go inside. I understand Covid and check in times but no one had even been renting the property for days. It would have been nice to have had an earlier check in. Check out at 9:00 and Check in at 5:00 is extremely inconvenient. There were many flies in the kitchen and no fly swatters available at Publix or Winn Dixie. I called about a missing drain plug in my bathroom and it took 2 days to be replaced and then it broke. The grill was not drained of grease and a fire resulted that caused my sons to unlock and move the grill which could have been very dangerous.
